OVERVIEW Welcome to ELCA 2023, the place to be to level up your English proficiency without attending those boring lectures and doing dreadful exercises. The English Language Carnival (ELCA) is an annual event aimed at providing Higher Education students the opportunities to use English outside the classrooms and motivate them to enhance their English competency. Each year, it is co-organized by the Malaysian Higher Education Department and a Public University as a host. This year, UPSI has the honor of hosting ELCA 2023 with the slogan ‘WE LEARN TOGETHER’. ELCA 2023 will be held on 7 December 2023 and it is going to be filled with exciting games and fun activities that not only allow students to have fun and make friends, but also improve their English proficiency and confidence level.
