WHAT IS ANGER?
Anger is a negative
emotion defined by
hostility toward someone
or something you believe
has wronged you on
purpose.
Anger has a positive side. It could,

bad emotions or motivating you to
find solutions to problems.

be harmful. Anger raises blood
pressure and produces other
physical changes, making it
