Establish in 2010 and headquartered in Johor Bahru,
Malaysia, CS BUILDER SDN BHD is a proactive
Industrial Building Contractor. What started as only
a small renovation contractor with a few numbers of
workers, has today successfully completed several
units of Industrial Building, Commercial Shop House
& Bungalow House.

Registered with Construction Industry Development
Board (CIDB) with Grade 7, under category of
Building and Civil Works, B04 & CE21. CS BUILDER
has demonstrated steady growth over the past 10
years.

CS Builder major service is the construction of
Industrial Building. With the demand of market, its
service has extended to the construction of
Commercial Shop House, Bungalow House, Factory
Extension, Machine Foundation, & Infrastructure
Works.

The company’s outstanding achievement are credited
largely to its founder Mr. GAN CHIN SIANG, the
visionary and driving force, who within a short span
of time has bring the company into a resounding
success.

With the help of its employees, CS Builder continue to
construct high quality building. CS Builder has set its
sights on higher aspiration which include becoming a
listed company in Malaysia Bourse. Accordingly, it
