Brief Introduction

BRG Brilliant Rubber Good (M) Sdn Bhd – The Brand Owner to Polo Haus, was born 33 years ago and has
been renowned as one of the top fashion clothing brands in the Malaysian market. During its first 10 years in
business after its 1981 launch, Polo introduced a stylish yet practical line of men’s business apparel as a way
to complement its highly successful selection of classic gentlemen’s shoes.

Throughout the 1990s, retail momentum escalated and through the trading arm of the Group, BRG Polo
Haus Sdn. Bhd. (“Polo Haus”), it has plunged into several leading department stores and fashion boutique
outlets to complement its existing reseller distribution network. Polo Haus is a retailer that designs,
manufactures, and sells apparel, footwear, and accessories for women, men and children through its chains
in Malaysia. 

Today, we operated 30 over Polo Haus retail boutiques standalone store in 8 of the 13 Malaysian states. This
has come to the total of 82,787 sq ft standalone store sales space. Our business partnerships and exclusive
corporate relations contribute to our presence in four hundred over concession selling corners in Malaysia.

To accommodate the continuous growth of the Group, today we have a total of 680 dedicated employees
to support our endeavor. Over 60% of them are part of the retail sales force and 30% are in manufacturing,
design, logistics, and distribution. The remaining 10% are part of the corporate headquarters of Polo Haus,
which is located in Selangor, Malaysia.  With a comprehensive organization structure and management
profile, manpower is one of our strengths to help push forward our objectives and ambitions.

Milestones

1980s
-  Year 1983, Polo Haus label was born.
-  BRG Polo Haus Sdn. Bhd. was founded and appointed as the main trading arm for Polo Haus brand. Over the next decade,

the company grew to be one of the most popular footwear brands in Malaysia.

1990s
As a direct response to market demand, Polo Haus introduced both men and women apparel as a new line.
As of today, a sizeable fan base continues to show its unwavering support for our designer polo tees. We are now expanded to
hundred over concession counters and 30 over retail boutiques nationwide Malaysia.

2000s
-  2002 Maybird Socks Shop Sdn. Bhd. presented Polo Haus socks, handkerchiefs, briefs, boxers and singlet. As of today, they

accomplished to hold 80 over boutiques in Malaysia.
-  2009 Polo Haus expand to kids wear by PTG Global Sdn Bhd. With the remarkable result, they bring hundred over concession

counter and 16 in-store in Malaysia.
-  The same year 2009, Precious Trend Sdn Bhd presented polo Haus new category for women leather and imitation of leather

bags, traveling trunks, suitcase, wallet, coin purse, belt and keychain. They hold 45 concession counter and 21 in-store.

2010s
-  In response to the overwhelming of Polo Haus kids category, babies wear were introduced in the beginning of 2010.
-  Year 2011, the first 10,000 square feet Polo Haus boutique opened in AEON Rawang, Selangor.
-  The Year 2014, Paso Firme Sdn Bhd presented Polo Haus Men and Women footwear category. They expanded to 75

concession counters and 30 in-store as well.
-  The same year of 2014, Polo Haus new ‘flagship store’ opened in Gateway KLIA2, Sepang. All product categories are

displayed and selling in this new interior concept boutique with good response from the consumer.
-  The year 2016, BRG Moda Elegante Sdn Bhd developed Polo Haus men leather and imitation of leather bags, traveling

trunks, suitcase, wallet, coin purses, belt and keychain. They accomplished a total of 51 concession counters and 36 in-store.

Since its inception, Polo Haus has been placed a high value on product quality, brand awareness and

part in many sponsorships for the public event.

Marketing Strategy

Polo Haus new collection will be launched in two collections every year during the festive season. Our
marketing strategy will focus heavily on sales promotion, rewarding our customer with best services and
loyalty. Our promotions will always stay in tune with our company objectives and mission statement.

Target Audience

Polo Haus target audience will be comfy and quality-seeking consumers aged between 25 years old to
60 years old. Both male and female form the core market base for Polo with an equal ratio respectively.
Kids and babies apparels are targeting on parents with fashion and trendy-seeking group.
