THMHIO-EVVIESMENT

OUR STORY Our Founder Caroline Philbin started The Hi-Vis Movement after
experiencing the dangerous situations many roadside workers and
late-night runners face on the daily. She and her crew needed better
options to increase their visibility while working, heavy jackets and

uncomfortable safety vests couldn't keep up

OUR WHY The numbers speak for themselves.

In 2017, 5,977 pedestrians were killed in traffic crashes in the United
States. That's about one death every 88 minutes.

From 2003-2019 the number of fatal work-related injuries at road
construction sites averaged 124 per year.

OUR PRODUCTS During our initial launch in January of 2021, we released our line of
high quality, lightweight, stylish, and comfortable high visibility and

reflective wear. We have been providing the widest range of cus-
tomizable options in the industry since our release. We are excited to
have recently expanded our line to include our Reflective Re-Wear
Strips. The only reusable, customizable, universal reflective tape on

the market.

The Hi-Vis Movement was founded on the premise that everyone deserves to be seen.

We are not simply about comfortable reflective wear, we are about providing our com-
munity with safety equipment that is designed to be seen and simple to use.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Hi-Vis Movement Releases Their Reflective Re-wear Strips
The Hi-Vis Movement’s newest game-changing product

CHICAGO - The Hi-Vis Movement has launched a brand new product to their line of Hi-Vis
reflective wear: Reflective Re-wear Strips.

The newest form of safety wear has officially hit the market, The Hi-Vis Movement’s newest
addition to their large selection of reflective wear is now available in stores and on The Hi-Vis
Movement’s website. This innovative high-visibility product allows its user to quickly and easily
apply a fabric strip of reflective material to their own clothing items. After this initial use, users
can simply pull off the reflective strip and store it in the included travel pouch until needed.

“We couldn’t be more excited to bring this product to the public,” said Caroline Philbin, The
Hi-Vis Movement’s CEO. “Finally, we are able to offer a fully customizable and reusable form
of safety wear.”

The Hi-Vis Movement has been bringing unique and user-friendly safety wear to the market for
about a year now, but these Reflective Re-wear Strips are a step above the competition. Although
consumers have been buying high-visibility work and exercise gear from The Hi-Vis Movement
since the company’s launch earlier in the year, this new product line has consumers and critics
buzzing.

“Having the option to turn my favorite work shirts into reflective work shirts in a matter of
seconds has made all the difference,” said John Jones, owner of Jones Construction. “We often
have to stay working at a site from daytime hours into the night, with the Re-wear strips we can
throw them on our work shirts in the afternoon without having to go change or layer on safety
vests or jackets.”

The Hi-Vis Movement’s top goals are safety and consumer satisfaction, this new product along
with the rest of their line is OSHA approved and user friendly.

“This a product for everyone. On the job site or out for a late-night run, everyone deserves to be
seen” Philbin said.

The Reflective Re-Wear Strips are now available in retail stores and on the Hi-Vis Movement’s
online store.

MEDIA PLAN

Platform: Facebook
Facebook is the largest form of social media we have today. Facebook is well known
and easy to work with, it is also constantly expanding in its forms of media as they now
own Instagram. There is the option to share posts from Facebook to Instagram seamless-
ly without even opening the Instagram platform, this could be beneficial to the brand
beyond this campaign. Our target demographic of adults aged 18-45 are highly active
and involved on Facebook, the majority of accounts come from individuals in this age
group. Facebook offers a wide variety of beneficial media use such as videos, image
posts, text-only posts, live streams, a private messenger, and the ability to create a de-
tailed information page about the company. For purposes of this initial media plan, we
will be focused on creating an effective information page and getting out image posts.
Facebook is popular within our target audience, easy to use, and accessible across mul-
tiple devices and platforms.

Strategy: Posting, scheduling, and information page
Our strategy for this campaign is to create interactive and action-inspiring posts to
Facebook. The most effective way to reach as many potential customers as possible is
to create a post schedule using Facebook analytics, this way our content will go out as
the majority of our audience is using the app. For example, we would likely post early
in the morning and later in the afternoon. This will reach both blue-collar workers as
they wake up and as they return home and outdoor exercisers as they wake up early or
are gearing up for a night run. We will also develop an informative information page on
Facebook, this way users don't have to jump to another site such as our website to learn
the basics about who we are. From the information page, users will also be able to mes-
sage us or redirect to our website to shop and find even more content.

Engagement Goals: Interaction in comments and driving traffic to our information
page

It is extremely important that we interact daily with other users by answering com-
ments and questions left on posts, answering private messages, and sharing content
related to our brand that has been shared by others. In order to gain comments on our
posts, we must have an open and inclusive page where users will feel comfortable hav-
ing a conversation with us and with others on our posts. Using our taglines "Be seen"
and "Join the Movement" we can create a call to action to bring users to our information
page where they can learn more about us.

SOCIAL JUSTICE

The Hi-Vis Movement is partnered with and sponsors Construction Angels.
Construction Angels is a non-profit organization who is dedicated to assisting
families dealing with the loss of a construction worker in the family. They provide
financial assistance and grief counseling to the family members left behind when a
construction worker has a fatality on the job site. They are a national organization
with their main headquarters based in Florida. Construction Angels works hard to
promote safety and OSHA regulations. Both of our missions are to keep workers safe,
unfortunately, fatalities still occur, we want to help Construction Angels to aid in relief
during these times of loss.
Our first and main contribution to Construction Angels will be to create a product
line based on their "Thin Orange Line". We will produce a variety of products with this
symbol on them, our goal would be a line of 5-10 safety products along with 5-10 non
PPE gear such as t-shirts or hoodies. Once the cost of production has been covered for
the purchased items, the rest of the money from the transaction will be given directly
to Construction Angels. This is a long-term partnership that will benefit Construction
Angles and The Hi-Vis Movement both financially, but more importantly, this sponsor-
ship will help raise awareness for the dangers in construction and promote safety.
