Introduc on
Polymer addi ves are called the “MIRACLE WORKERS” of the polymer and plas c industries without which the processing of plas cs
have been very difficult if not downright impossible.
Polymer addi ves make it possible to process difficult materials without undue deteriora on of their useful proper es. They also
enable plas cs to be used in challenging environment like extreme heat, cold and outdoor weathering by extending their life span.

Polymer Processing Aid - (PPA)
These masterbatches are high performance fluoroelastomers used in processing of polyolefin polymers. They
func on by con nuously coa ng the die with a lubrica ng fluoro polymer which aids in processing polymers which
are high suscep ble to melt fracture due to high stresses they undergo at the die exit. They are used in all extrusion
processes like LLDPE blown film, HDPE Pipes, PP Sheets and foams and HDPE Blow molding. They are highly desirable
during processing hexane, octane and metallocene – LLDPE which have greater tendency to melt fracture.

POLYCLEAR - Nucleating & Clarifying Agents
POLYCLEAR & NUCLEATING masterbatches are latest genera on clarifying and nuclea ng agents which have been specially
formulated to provide product enhancement at low dosages. These work by providing very large number nucleic where
crystalliza on can occur. The spherulites so formed are smaller in size and hence allow visible light to pass around them. The
faster crystalliza on rates and also higher re-crystalliza on during polymer melt cooling results in tangible cycle

POLYDRY - Desiccant Masterbatches Get Dry, Get Moving
POLYDRY is a desiccant addi ve masterbatch designed to draw out moisture
from plas cs during melt processing. POLYDRY desiccant contains a special
addi ve which chemically blinds with any moisture in the polymer melt in a
non-reversible reac on which is stable at all polymer processing
temperatures. 1% of POLYDRY masterbatch is recommended for every
0.15% moisture present in the polymer/compound.

POLYBIO - Oxo Biodegradable Masterbatches
POLYBIO masterbatches are offered where accelerated degrada on of
commodity plas cs are deemed necessary by municipal regula ons and waste
regula ons. The normal almost infinite life mes of plas cs create
environmental problems of waste management. POLYBIO masterbatches
when used in plas c products like shopping bags, garbage bags causes chain
scission of the extremely large polymer molecules and in a period ranging from
6 months to 12 months reduces it to very small fragments which can then be
easily digested by soil microorganisms.

POLYLUBE - Duct Lubricant Masterbatches
It is silicone based lubrica on masterbatch which provides superior

Antifog Masterbatch
An fog addi ve masterbatches are added to polyolefins film to
reduce their surface tension thereby preven ng the forma on
of water droplets on the film surface thereby maintaining the
film transparency which is much needed in packaged food
stored in freezer at shopping malls. An fog masterbatch also
finds widespread use in greenhouse and tunnel film a where
the condensa on of moisture as droplets on the inner side of
