DEALING WITH THE
EVERYDAY LIFE
How will you describe your lockdown experience?
What are the good or bad things did this unique
experience bring you and your family? How did your
family deal with it?
When the novelty of being at home wore I was overjoyed when the lockdown
off, I began to struggle. I had anxiety began. My first year of senior high

the situation began to dawn on me.
However, over time, I found ways to deal
with the pressure. I realised that
lockdown gave me more time to the things
I loved, hobbies that had been previously
swamped by schoolwork. I started
reading, drawing and writing again, and
felt free for the first time in months. I had
forgotten how good it felt to be creative. I
started spending more time with my
family. I hadn't realised how much I had
missed them.

After more than a year of living in

PLANNING ABOUT
THE FUTURE
While we are gradually easing out of this “bawal
lumabas” kind of covid-19 stricken life, have you
thought about what directions you would want to take?
What are your plans?
Well ever since I was a kid, I was While we were gradually
easing out of this "bawal

afflicted life, I began to ask
myself, "How/Who do I
want to become in the
future?", "Where do I want
to study at university?",
"What course must I
take?", "What is the first
thing you'll do after a
pandemic? ”

up to the answer that I want to study in
Pampanga State Agricultural
University (PSAU). But that time I don't
know what field in engineering that I
should take.
After a long thinkinggg, I decided to
take a Agricultural and Biosystems
Engineering, and I want to have an

family of farmers.

LEADING FROM
MY BETTER SELF
Describe yourself. Compare your pre-covid and your covid
era self. Have you become your “worse” or did it turn you
into a “Better” you?
The pandemic has a major impact on me
in many ways, mostly on my motivation,
productivity, and physical and mental
health.
Before pandemic came, I wasn't
confident about myself physically,
mentally. Regarding how I look, how I
dressed, everything I see about myself
was bad for me that time. But eventually I
started to appreciate myself as I
appreciate others.
When the we are in the middle of crisis,
then classes continue I lost all
motivation to do any schoolwork. After
a few days of procastinating, it was
beginning to pile up and was becoming
more daunting.
I figured out that I'm doing wrong. I
figured that I would eventually have to
face some sort of assessment and I
wanted to do well. I want to get into a
college course I will enjoy. This was a
huge step to motivating me to be more
productive. I have discovered that rest
is key for me to have a fun and
productive day
