THE DESIGN GUIDELINES

These guidelines describe the visual and verbal elements that represent Cairo
Railway Museum corporate identity. This includes the brand’s name, logo and other
elements such as color, type and graphics.
Preserving a consistent and controlled message of who we are is essential to
presenting a strong, unified image of the museum. These guidelines reflect the
Cairo Railway Museum’s mission to entertain and educate the artistic and culture
heritage of the Egyptian mobility to all generations in specific the new youth
generation using digital interactivity and a fresh new visual identity, that connects
the historic and contemporary in order to engage multiple visitor generations.
The new branding system follows the same visual language and pattern which is
founded on a geometrical grid and is consistent from the word and logo mark, to
patterns, icons, typography, and illustrations
