Who are we?

We are a nationwide coffee shop brand, passionate
about serving high quality speciality coffee. After all,
many of us start our day with a cup of coffee and we
believe our customers deserve the best. Naturally, we
pair our great-tasting coffee with great-tasting food
and ours is made fresh in our kitchens.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we
do. We prioritise the customer experience above
everything else, without compromise. That is why we
marry real food that has been freshly prepared with
lightly roasted awesome coffee, served to you in our
beautifully designed spaces.

Our Coffee

As a nation we drink 95 million cups of coffee a
day and are therefore acquiring a greater taste for
coffee. At Triple Two we only serve the highest quality
speciality coffee from our family run roastery. Our
experience and dedication to producing the highest
quality hand-roasted coffee ensures that each Triple
Two cup is consistently smooth and full of flavour.

Triple Two Coffee beans are lightly roasted to
bring out the complex blend of flavours, with every
shot ground fresh and fed through a temperature
controlled espresso machine. Each member of our
staff is a certified Triple Two Coffee Master, who
has been expertly trained and regularly pass our
assessments with flying colours. All in the name of
awesome coffee.

Loyalty App

The Triple Two Coffee app is the quickest route to your
morning coffee. Customers can earn points from every
purchase to spend on our range of food, drink and retail
options through our point shop. We reward our customers
loyalty and send them the latest offers to try in-store. Our app
also features our popular Click & Collect system, which allows
customers in a hurry to pre-order and pay so everything is
ready to collect when they arrive.

Our social media content features our menu and coffee craft.
all captured by our in-house professional photographer. We
keep it fun, fresh and easy for customers to connect with us, as

Our original and well-organised social media management is a

Interior DESIGN

We work alongside our in-house design team to create a state of the art setting that cannot be matched anywhere
else on the high street. We use original bespoke water cut Triple Two tiles and stunning seating arrangements that

are complemented by a light, clean and calming baby blue colour palette. Our brand design exhibits style and
comfort that reflects a contemporary feel and welcoming ambience in every store.

We work closely with you every step of the way, including the
design process, training, marketing and launching. We work
hard to guarantee your Triple Two’s success. Your support will
also continue after you launch, with visits from our head office
team and someone always on hand to help with any questions
or queries. We make sure we always go above and beyond
expectations.

Brand Format Options Our different brand formats have been created so the taste of Triple Two can be enjoyed any time,
anywhere. Every detail is designed in-house, with each location created to be unique and the best

our containers are constructed off-site and then
dropped into their location once completed. Our
shipping container design will definitley get you

a container is similar to what features in a store.
They also have an additional option of a roof
terrace seating area.

Mercedes Citan Van
As our more compact van, the Mercedes Citan is easy
to drive around business parks and offices, as well as
any long distance journeys. The back of the van acts as
a service area with a fixed coffee machine, grinder and
multiple clever storage solutions. Serving options include
hot drinks, cakes, pastries and our impulse range. There
is also the ability to develop a pre-ordering service with
weekly site schedules, where lunches can be made off
site and prepaid for collection. This can also branch out
into our corporate catering range.

Vintage Van
With service from inside van, this option has more space
and flexibility on the products you can serve. In addition
to what the Mercedes Citan Van can provide, you can
also produce cold drinks and hot foods, such as toasties.

A Triple Two Coffee Stop is designed with brushed
wood panels and artistic bulbs, all in keeping
with our rustic brand style and baby blue colour
palette. The vending machine also features
branded napkins, takeaway cups, sugars and
Brew Tea tea bags. This is a great option when
you have a smaller space and require a low
maintenance offering.
