Hello! My name is Asha!
I came to the orphanage
years ago, after my home
country became too dangerous
for me to live in. Those were
some of the toughest parts of my
life.
Time helps But My parents’ faces are more of a blur
to heal a bit memories in my mind now, even though I can
of the trauma I of my family remember how much i miss them
faced. I feel hap- dissolved as
pier and more years passed
peaceful here

It saddens me every time I had to
hide my imperfections, because I
want to have a family again

It has been nearly 5 years.
I admire them so much,
for being able take that

they will reunite one day.

Our lives here in the orphanage may
not be sunshines every day. We have
different stories, experiences, and
fears. But we all agree that we are
lucky to have found each oth-
er through these circumstanc-
es. Together, we can face our
rainy days , knowing that we
are never truly alone in this.
