Greetings, On behalf the Electrifying Epsilon Chi Chapter, it is with great pleasure that we proudly welcome our NSPDK, Inc. Leadership and Members of the Eastern Region, our Xinos, our Kudos, our KOT, ER Youth Advisors, HUB Parents, Conference Judges and guests to the 76th Annual Youth Leadership Conference of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc. As your host chapter, Epsilon Chi, we have worked tirelessly in the vineyard to bring forth our theme, “Embrace Your Brilliance: Nurturing Minds, Building Resilience,” to fruition. Your presence and participation from March 14-17, 2024 will help make this experience epic. This conference was designed for our youth to embrace their brilliance. A mind is not to be wasted. It is to be nurtured with care, love and wisdom. Your village is tight and ready to equip and engage you so that you can fearlessly face the world we live in with its many challenges and be triumphant! That is the name of our game: You are a WINNER, now let’s show the world WHO You Are! This weekend, work hard, play hard, is what we want you to do! We want our youth to competitively compete for the various opportunities presented. It is your time to shine. It is our sincere hope that you will also take advantage of the workshops to nourish your soul. That you will patronize our vendors from near and far while taking a little time for some “Game Night” fun! With the support of our Sponsors, you will receive your 76th Annual Youth Leadership t-shirt and SWAG bag with some added amenities. Your host chapter, Epsilon Chi Chapter, has worked diligently to bring you a wonderful youth conference with the theme of “Embrace Your Brilliance: Nurturing Minds, Building Resilience.” Our annual youth conference is a gathering of shining minds and hearts. Our youth have the opportunity to assemble, to connect and bond, to share their talents and gifts and to learn. We have organized a wonderful weekend full of fun and learning. You will attend workshops, participate in competitions, and enjoy the company of other like-minded young people who are on the pathway to success. Please take the time to enjoy every moment!
