Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh danSalam Sejahtera.Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) sentiasa menjadikan keselamatanpesakit sebagai prioriti dalam perkhidmatan kesihatan yang ditawarkan.Malaysian Patient Safety Goal (MPSG) 2.0 menggariskan pencegahankesilapan pengubatan sebagai salah satu objektif utama untukmenghapuskan mudarat yang boleh dielakkan dalam penjagaan kesihatan.Dalam usaha untuk merealisasikan objektif ini, Bahagian PerkhidmatanFarmasi Johor telah menghasilkan satu album ubat yang boleh dijadikanpanduan kepada warga kesihatan Johor khususnya pegawai perubatandalam mengenal pasti ubat-ubatan pesakit sekiranya maklumat ini tidakdapat diakses dengan segera contohnya semasa situasi krisis dan bencana.Saya ingin merakamkan sekalung tahniah dan penghargaan kepada semuawarga farmasi negeri Johor yang telah memberikan kerjasama dalampenyumbangan gambar untuk Album Ubat Fasiliti Kesihatan Negeri Johorini.
