INTRODUCTION

Nama saya Nur Syafiqah Binti Azmi. Saya berumur 18 tahun. Saya berasal dari
Pulau Pinang. Saya lahir pada 03 SEPTEMBER 2003 di Hospital Seberang
Jaya.Saya anak yang pertama dari 3 adik beradik.Saya tinggal bersama ibu
bapa dan adik beradik saya di Kampung Manggis.Ayah saya bernama Azmi
Bin Arshad. Ayah saya berumur 44 tahun.Ayah saya dilahirkan di Hospital Bukit
Mertajam. Ayah saya anak yang kedua dari 8 adik-beradik.Ibu saya bernama Haryati
Binti Omar.Ibu saya berumur 43 tahun.Ibu saya dilahirkan di Hospital Seberang Bukit
Mertajam.Ibu saya anak yang pertama dari 3 adik-beradik. Saya mempunyai 2 orang adik
iaitu seorang adik perempuan dan seorang adik lelaki. Adik perempuan saya bernama Nur
Raihan Binti Azmi dan adik lelaki saya bernama Rayyan Asyraf Bin Azmi .Adik
perempuan saya berumur 13 tahun manakala adik lelaki saya berumur 10 tahun. Saya
pernah bersekolah di Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Impian dan Sekolah Menengah
Kebangsaan Alma dan saya dapat melanjutkan pengajian ke Politeknik Tuanku Syed
Sirajuddin di Perlis.Adik perempuan saya bersekolah di Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman
Impian dan Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Alma manakala adik lelaki saya bersekolah
di Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Impian.

VACATION TO LANGKAWI

Saya dan keluarga sering pergi bercuti ke Langkawi. Kami akan pergi
ke Langkawi sekurang-kurangnya 1 kali setahun.Kami selalunya akan
pergi bercuti pada cuti hujung tahun. Kami akan pergi bercuti
bersama-sama dengan keluarga kami yang lain.Kami selalunya akan
pergi melawat ke Makam Mahsuri,Cable car dan banyak lagi.Kami selalu
pergi membeli coklat di Haji Ismail Group.Kami juga suka pergi melawat
burung helang menaiki bot. Kami dapat menikmati keindahan dan dapat
menghirup udara segar semasa menaiki bot.Tetapi sekarang kami sudah
tidak pergi ke Langkawi selama 2 Tahun akibat daripada penularan wabak
Covid-19 yang melanda dunia.Saya berharap agar wabak ini dapat
berkurangan dan saya dapat bercuti ke Langkawi bersama keluarga

ACCIDENT

Pada 26.3.2021 pada pukul 1530 telah terjadi sebuah detik hitam dalam diri
saya.Hal ini kerana saya telah mengalami kemalangan antara sebuah motosikal
dan sebuah kereta.Saya yang menaiki motosikal telah bertembung dengan
sebuah kereta yang keluar dari simpang sebelah kiri saya.Semasa saya
kemalangan itu saya bersama dengan sepupu saya.Akibat daripada kemalangan itu saya
mengalami patah tangan kanan, luka yang teruk pada kaki sebelah kiri dan luka pada
bahagian muka manakala sepupu saya juga mengalami luka di bahagia muka.Akibat dari
luka tersebut saya terpaksa dimasukkan ke hospital selama 5 hari dan saya boleh keluar
dari hospital pada 31.3.2021.Semasa saya di hospital saya terpaksa menjalani
pembedahan di bahagian kaki kiri saya jadi saya tidak boleh berjalan.Saya terpaksa
duduk di atas kerusi roda hampir 3 bulan.Tapi sekarang saya sudah boleh berjalan
seperti sedia kala.Kadangkala kaki saya masih terasa sakit dan sengal di bahagian kaki
yang kena pembendahan.Saya berasa sangat bersyukur kerana masih diberi kesihatan.

MY PETS

Saya mempunyai 7 ekor kucing di rumah saya.Kucing saya bernama
Tam,Oren,Kenet,Kechik,Atim,Comey dan Oyen.Comey da Oyen itu ialah kucing
parsi manakala kucing yang lain itu cuma kucing biasa.Kenet itu ayah saya
terjumpa semasa adanya PKP yang pertama semasa itu ayah saya terjumpa dia
berada di lampu isyarat akibat jatuh dari kereta jadi ayah saya mengambil keputusan
untuk bawanya pulang.Pada 23.4.2021 iaitu lagi seminggu sebelom saya membuang
simen di tangan saya kucing saya yang bernama Kechik telah mati akibat dilanggar
oleh sebuah motosikal.Pada bulan ramadan dia pergi meninggalkan kami.Kucing
saya mati di depan mata saya. Saya berasa amat sedih kerana saya tidak sempat
utuk bermain dan pegang dia.Saya berasa amat marah kepada orang yang telah
melanggar kucing saya itu.Sehingga ke harini saya masih tidak mengetahui siapa
yang melanggar kucing saya itu.

COVID-19 IS REAL

Pada 13.9.2021 saya sekeluarga telah dijangkiti wabak Covid-19. Seramai 13
daripada 19 orang keluarga terdekat saya positive Covid-19.Kami semua kena
kuarantin dia rumah manakala 2 orang terpaksa pergi ke pusat kuarantin kerana
mengalami gejala yang agak teruk.Kami telah tamat tempoh kuarantin pada
23.9.2021.Kesan sampingan daripada kena jangkitan Covid-19 ialah saya mudah
batuk,mudah rasa semput,dan mudah rasa ingin demam.Semasa saya terkena jangkitan
Covid-19 itu badan saya akan berasa seram sejuk dan apabila tibanya waktu malam saja
akan menjadi kesejukan dan demam.Dalam tempoh kuarantin itu mula-mula saya kan hilang
deria rasa selama beberapa hari kemudian saya akan hilang deria bau pulak.Ketika
hilang deria rasa itu saya berasa tiada selera untuk makan.Setelah beberapa hari
selepas di kuarantin baru deria rasa dan deria bau saya kembali pulih seperti sedia
kala.Saya sangat bersyukur kerana masih diberikan kesembuhan.Sehingga ke harini
kami sekeluarga masih mengamalkan makan vitamin C untuk kuatkan antibody dalam badan
supaya dapat mencegahkan daripada terkena jagkitan itu untuk kali kedua.

HOME SWEET HOME

Kemungkinan pada hujung bulan ini saya akan berpindah masuk ke rumah
baru setelah 13 tahun saya tinggal di rumah sewa.Rumah ini dibina hasil
daripada titik peluh mak dan ayah saya sendiri.Kami mengambil masa selama
beberapa tahun untuk mengambil pengesahan untuk membina rumah .Pada
awal tahun ini rumah saya sudah mula dibina.Saya takut saya tk sempat
untuk tinggal di rumah itu sebelum saya pulang ke kampus.

GAMERS

Saya sangat suka melihat gamers yang bermain game.Saya juga berminat
untuk menjadi seorang streamer kerana saya suka melihat orang set up
meja gaming.Saya suka melihat orang bermain game tambahan lagi game
PUBG.Ini kerana saya juga bermain PUBG jadi saya sangat suka untuk
melihat orang bermain PUBG. Ini membolehkan saya menambah baikkan cara
permainan saya.Tetapi sejak kebelakangan ini saya sudah tidak bermain game
kerana tidak sempat untuk buka disebabkan sibuk dengan kelas.

SPORTS

Saya amat meminati pasukan bola sepak luar negara iaitu CHELSEA
FC.Saya meminati pasukan itu sejak saya berumur 10 tahun lagi.Saya
meminati pasukan ini daripada ayah saya kerana ayah saya juga amat
meminati pasukan ini.Pemain yang saya meminati dalam pasukan ini
ialah Mason Mount dan Kai Havertz.Saya meminati mereka kerana corak
permainan mereka sendiri.Saya tidak pernah bercadang untuk meminati
pasukan lain selain pasukan ini kerana “ONCE BLUE ALWAYS BLUE” .Saya
akan terus meminati pasukan ni tak kira sama ada ketika kalah atau
menang.Saya akan berpegang kepada hashtag #KTBFFH yang bermaksud ‘Keep
