Richard J,Harkink was appointed Director of Projects in
April 2015. He has over 35 years of project management
experience in civil and construction filelds,mainly in the
Middle-East and Asia.
Richard was the former Projects Director in Roots Intl. He
has a good safelty aweareness and QA/QC aspects. He
was also a Project Director, in ADCC JV. Mr. Harkink has
studied in the Hague University of Applied Sciences
