The Franchisee is responsible for establishing all infrastructure and
manpower.
The Franchisee is required to provide all Reports to the Franchisor on
a regular basis.
Hire Glocal will have a record of every employee.
The Franchisee will have complete control over the hiring of team
members at his site and will report on the hiring to the Franchisor.
Billing and collection would be handled centrally in Mumbai.
From time to time, the franchisee will get a business order for his
location’s key account.
The Franchisee is responsible for fulfilling orders that are specific to
the Franchisee’s area.
The Franchisee should get business orders on behalf of the
Franchisor from his location.
