LOOK AT AN OBJECT AT LEAST 20 FEET AWAY WHEN THEY FEEL DRY
FOR AT LEAST 20 SECONDS.
ADJUST ROOM LIGHTING AND VISIT YOUR EYE DOCTOR REGULARLY.

CONTACT LENSES.

FOR ABOUT 1 – 3 MINUTES CLOSE YOUR EYES TIGHTLY FOR 5 SECONDS
AND OPEN YOUR EYES FOR 5 SECONDS.
REPEAT 5 SETS.
CLOSE YOUR EYES AND TIGHTLY MASSAGE
THEM WITH CIRCULAR MOVEMENTS OF YOUR
FINGERS FOR 1 MINUTE.
ONLY MOVING YOUR EYE BALLS, LOOK LIGHTLY PRESS 3 FINGERS OF EACH HAND
AND FOCUS ON SOMETHING TO THE RIGHT YOUR UPPER EYELID. HOLD FOR 2 SECONDS
THEN LEFT FOR 5 TIMES. REPEAT 3 SETS. AND RELEASE. REPEAT 5 SETS.
