The Cleggs made great use of TCG’s CoConstruct app
during the construction process, which took a total of nine
months. “The app was part of our decision to go with TCG
and I loved it,” Tory admits. “I used it three times a day
and have since showed it to our friends who are looking
for builders.”

Tory says the fact that TCG is a family business also
made all the difference for her. “Being a family really
translates into every transaction you have with the company
– they genuinely care and are very receptive when you have
questions and concerns,” she explains. “And the guys that
work onsite are all very respectful.”

Now that the roof is solid and there’s a bedroom to
spare, Tory and Mike say they are very happy with their
transformed home: “We really enjoy the extra space – our
kids don’t wake each other up and we can now have friends
