NEW ARTICLES :
New articles can be added using one of the following methods:
1. Log in to the Administrator back-end.
2. To open the New Article screen, either:
o Click on the New Article menu item in the main Control Panel or,
o Click the Contents → Articles → Add New Article menu item or,
o Click the Contents → Articles menu item to open the Articles Page. Then
click the New toolbar button or,
o Create a new Single Article type menu item, and click the Create button
under Select Article.
The New Article screen contains options for categorizing and naming the article, editing
content and selecting parameters.
1. Enter a title in the Title field. This is used when the article title is displayed.
(Required)
2. Enter an alias in the Alias field.
3. On the Content tab:
o Enter your content using the editor.
o Select the Status: Published, Unpublished, Archived, or Trashed.
o Always select Published to show content on the website.
o Select a Category using the drop down menus. (Required)
o Select the Language the article is assigned to, if applicable.
4. The other tabs include several options or parameters for the article. Click on each
tab to view the parameters and change the settings to suit your requirements.
5. To save your article:
o Click the Save toolbar button to save your changes, but remain on the
Article edit screen.
o Click the Save & Close toolbar button to save your changes and return to
the Article Manager screen.
o Click the Save & New toolbar button to save your changes and create
another new Article.
6. A green message will indicate that the article has been successfully saved.
o If you have not completed the Article Title or Category fields, a red error
message will appear indicating the missing information.
MENU :
1. Within the site administration panel, select Menus from the menu bar in the upper
left corner. From the drop-down list, choose the menu you wish to work with. The
menu can be Main Menu, available by default, or any other menu. This will open
the Menu Item Manager page. You can also select Menu Manager from the left
column and then select the menu you need from the list provided.
2. In the toolbar, at the upper-left corner, select New (represented by the green icon with
the plus sign). This will open the Menu Item: [New] page.
3. From the Menu Item Page click on the Select list for Menu Item Type.
4. From the list displayed, choose Articles.
5. Choose Single Article in the previously expanded Articles section.
6. Returning to the Menu Item Page, click on the Select list for the Select Article field.
7. A list of your Articles will pop up. Select an article by clicking on its title. You can narrow
your search if you have a lot of articles by using the dropdown tools at the top of the
screen.
8. Once you are done, click the Save button in the upper-left corner. This will save your
work. This will save the new item and place it as the last element (or sub-element, in case
of sub-menu items) in the menu. After the first save you can change the item order
position within the menu. The Save and Close button options are described below the
image.
• Save - Saves the menu item and stays in the current screen.
• Save & Close - Saves the menu item and closes the current screen.
• Save & New - Saves the menu item and keeps the editing screen open and ready
to create another menu item.
• Save as Copy - Saves your changes to a copy of the current menu item. Does not
affect the current menu item. This toolbar icon is not shown if you are creating a
new menu item.
• Close - Closes the current screen and returns to the previous screen without
saving any modifications you may have made.

1) AcyMailing – Newsletter
• User – Once you click on user section you will find list of all users who have
subscribe for newsletter. You can manually add, edit and delete user. Here we
have option to Import and export users.
• Newsletter – We can create a newsletter and send to the list of user.
• Configuration – Under configuration you have option for mail configuration,
Queue process, Subscription etc… You can change email address from here.

2) JSN UniForm – Form used in our website.
• Register Form
• Contact Us Inner pages
• Contact Us Page Form
i) Once you click on JSN Uniform you will find the list of form which we have created for
our website. You will also find number of submission made for each form.
ii) Beside Form there is Submission section. Once you click on submission you will get
option to select the form to get submissions of, you need to select the form, from
dropdown of which you need to check submission.
iii) To change email address of the form you need to click on the form and once you
open the form you will get all the options like General, Design, Metadata and Action.
You need to click on Action option and once you click on this option you will get option of
Send to email(s) and Send to submitter. You can change email address of both the
options.
