RENTAL POOL PROGRAM
I. ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN RENTAL POOL:
• Participant has to buy the standard Furniture package to join the Rental Pool
II. RENTAL POOL PROGRAM
• Standard Rental Pool period: 5 years
• In case participant want to withdraw the Rental pool, owner has to inform 9 months in advance and
had joined the RP at least 2 years.
• All Participants joining the RPP will be entitled to receive 35% of the Net Rental Income
• Profit will be paid every 6 months
• All Participants will be entitled to a complimentary breakfast when using 15 points per year during
Rental Pool and to a special discount of 10%-20% on Best Available Room Rates (BAR), Restaurants
and F&B outlets. The discount rate will be subject to change by the Company in its sole discretion.
• The Participants per Operating Year shall limit to fifteen (15) points in maximum in any year which
may be then allocated into different seasons based on the formula below:

RENTAL POOL PROGRAM
• If the RPP Participant does not use up the totality of 15 points per operating year, the unused points will be
added to the only one following operating year.
• When the Villa Owners book the room under the free vouchers, the booking need to be submited 30 days
in advance.
• Depending on how many bedrooms the Villa has, there will be a occupancy limit on each respective
Villa, each additional guest will be charged according to Resort’s
• The RPP Participants have to pay the Maintenance fee (2% sale price, pay once only upon handover)
but not the Management fee.
• If the Villa is not available during the requested period of owner, the Company shall endeavor to provide
another villa of similar standard, subject to availability
RENTAL POOL PROGRAM
III. RENTAL POOL INCOME
• Gross Rental Revenue = [Total gross rental revenue/GBA of all villas of same type * GBA of that Villa] -
deductable amount
In which:
1.Total gross rental revenue shall be the total Gross Rental Revenue of all villas of same type in project Fusion
Resort & Villas Danang participating into the Rental Pool Program in an Operation Year.
2. GBA of all villas of same type shall be the total gross floor areas of all villas of same type in project Fusion
Resort & Villas Danang participating into the Rental Pool Program in an Operation Year.
3. GBA of that Villa shall be the gross floor areas of the Villa of same type.
4. Deductible Amounts include: service fees, any applicable taxes deducted and paid to any State Authority,
booking fees, commissions /agency fees paid to the agents or the third parties
