CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

TO 30th APRIL 2022

SITE OVERALL VIEW

 Infrastructure Works: Basic infrastructures including internal roads / electricity / lighting / water supply / drainage / guard house…
are now being mobilised on site.
 Display villa A12, C5, D3, J2: have now been completed, landscape works are being completed. All display villas scheduled to be
ready to welcome guests in June 2022.
 Construction works for the villas are ongoing with recent milestones completed including:

 Row A: 14/15 villas of row A have completed the roof structure, roof tiling, masonry, painting, floor tiling. Aluminium doors and
windows are also now being installed together with canopies, cabanas and swimming pool waterproofing and mosaic tiles at 8/15
villas.

 Row B: All villas of row B have completed the roof structure, roof tiling, masonry,. The painting, floor tiling work is being completed
at all villas of row B. Ceilings are being completed in 8/11 villas.

 Row C: All villas of row C have completed the roof structure, masonry, the roof tiling and painting, floor tiling. Aluminium doors and
windows are also now being installed together with canopies, cabanas and swimming pool waterproofing and mosaic tiles at 3/6 villas.

windows are also now being installed together with canopies, cabanas and swimming pool waterproofing and mosaic tiles at 5/7 villas.

 Row J: Villa J1 structures has been completed, masonry advancing, 4/5 villas of row J have completed the roof structure, masonry,
roof tiling and painting, floor tiling. Aluminium doors and windows are also now being installed together with canopies, cabanas and
swimming pool waterproofing and mosaic tiles at 3/5 villas.
