Overview
Chapel Print has been actively providing a complete printing and mailing service for customers in the education sector for many years. All of these are long standing relationships either on serviced Framework Agreements or a commercial ad-hoc basis.
Chapel Print have worked closely with Sussex Coast College as an incumbent supplier, printing College Prospectus’s throughout 2014 and 2015, having been successful on the previous tender.
Working closely with Sussex Coast College we have built a strong relationship working with the designers, giving advice and guidance when required, providing a quality product, giving a reliable delivery service and offering a cost effective, sustainable pricing policy.
Some of our customers are:
Sussex Coast College Hastings
British Heart Foundation
Diabetes UK
Kent County Council (Commercial Services) Thanet Council
Natural Resources Institute / University of Greenwich Medway Council
BBC Worldwide
Kent High Weald Partnership
The Education Company Shepway Council Camden Council Electrical Safety Council University of Sussex East Kent College
A wide range of literature is produced including part time and full time prospectus, course guides, brochures, booklets, leaflets, folders, posters, postcards, application forms and stationery, large format printing and direct mailing with variable data.
Our experience in this sector means we adopt a care pathway approach working closely with customers from the initial design stage through the entire print process until final delivery is made.
We are aware of the importance of budgets, the necessity to meet tight deadlines and the need for brand continuity across the entire range of printed literature. At the same time we recognise the aspirations of each client promoting their individual identity to their particular audience and assist in achieving this in any way we can.
As all our services are produced on site (including perfect binding and laminating), flexibility is a key area in our success when dealing with customers. This saves valuable production time and avoids unnecessary transport costs for shipping jobs from one finisher to another while also reducing our Carbon Footprint.

At Chapel Print your account will be managed by a dedicated, team of professionals with the necessary experience to ensure you receive the highest level of service at all times.
Both Managing Director Chris Willis and the Operations Manager Gordon Notman have considerable hands on experience of working closely with large organisations. Together with additional support from other key personnel, specifically Shaun Murdoch-Goodwin will be working closely with your designer Gemma Gowing producing print ready files.
Sound technical advice and client support is available at all times.
Chapel Print also has all production operations on site. This maximises cost efficiency, allows quality assurance monitoring throughout the entire process, helps reduce lead times and sustain prices.
Chapel Print offer sheet fed litho, indigo digital and large format printing, we can usually find a cost effective, practical print solution for most projects. As the indigo digital press uses liquid ink technology (unlike most other toner based digital presses) the results offer near litho quality. This enables customers to have shorter run, on demand print without sacrificing quality and avoids the need for lengthy storage of redundant stocks.
Variable data printing is also available on the indigo digital press enabling you to personalise mailings or event literature.
Our six colour litho press also has the facility to “perfect” (print both sides of a sheet in one pass), so depending on the colour split, noticeable cost savings can be made on longer run jobs due to the running time saved.
In most cases the paper element of a printed job can amount to a substantial part of the budget. At Chapel Print we have negotiated excellent rates for a variety of different paper stocks resulting in considerable cost savings to our customers.
We are also members of OGC Buying Solutions.

Chapel Print - Moving Forward
Our brand new website featuring a complete Web to Print solution for all our clients and their clients
It is no secret that any successful business wishing to maintain and build its client base must have an online presence. More importantly be able to do business on the web.
‘W2P’ ‘B2B’ ‘B2B2C’ ‘B2C’
These are all acronyms that you may have come across.
Chapel Print have recently invested in an impressive W2P solution where all clients including Sussex Coast College Hastings and their clients will be able to purchase print online.
Web to Print is often a confusing topic, partly because it has been badly defined and partly because it is an industry filled with jargon. Our approach has been to simplify and remove the jargon to provide our clients with real tools that drive business growth online, strengthen relationships.
Our W2P solutions change the way print is purchased and enable all our clients, however big or small, to transact over the web for their marketing and print requirements. The products are easy to use and we provide all the technical support needed to ensure a smooth implementation.
Our Microsite Template service Improving Brand Alignment: A Brand is important to every business no matter what the size. There is a danger however, that within a large multi-site network the brand may become diluted. By ordering from our Templates softward on our web-to-print system, Head office has greater control over how the brand can be used, ensuring that it remians consistent throughout the network.
Some of the features of our Microsite Template service.
Our template service (Microsites) offers secure networked log in, to your own private microsite with individual usernames and passwords - keeping everything secure.
Files and Images Folder
Think of this as your easy access, central resource to store all your brand components. Company logos, pictures, manuals and documents can be stored with your network at the click of a button. Files are stored securely and can be accessed wherever you are, when ever you want.
Template Library
Inside the microsite, all of your branded marketing Templates are stored in one easy to access area - The Template Library. You can start off with an initial suite of Templates and then add to the library over time to reflect your changing ideas and marketing initiatives.
When a user in your network is ready to order, they simply browse through the library, choose a Template, and personalise it with their details before placing an order.
You decide which areas of the marketing templates should be editable and which areas should be locked. Chapel Print will apply your preferences to your Templates, ensuring that your network
can only use them as you intended.

Active Updates
A clever, time saving tool that will pre-fill the Template with cetain details when a user opens it. Information is drawn directly from the user’s account information - saving time and also reducing the risk of transcription errors.
Approvals
This feature allows you to check and approve artwork centrally, before the order proceeds to print.

Personal Development Planning
The Personal Development Planning (PDP) course is a six week course that has been designed to encourage learners to reflect on their own career interests and how their personal characteristics are suited to a chosen career. They
will also learn how to research career opportunities for themselves, what skills are needed for specific careers and how to develop the skills they lack.
During each session learners will consider ‘Where am I at?’, ‘Where do I want to be?’ and ‘How will I get there?’ using a range of activities developed to encourage the learner to reflect, assess and record. Throughout the process the learner is asked to record their thoughts and highlight areas for development. By the end of the programme the learner will have produced a Personal Development Plan and understand the different progression routes to achieve their goal.
The second edition has been updated with useful suggestions from practitioners and includes a skills tracker and a CV builder.
This programme has been developed for Year 9 and Year 12 students, however it can be adapted for other year groups, please contact us to discuss how you’d like to use the PDP in your school or college.

Prospective candidates should note that, in the event of such circumstances occurring, the university cannot accept liability for any claims for costs or damages made by a student resulting from any change to, or withdrawal of, courses or programmes that she or he had intended to study.

Chapel Print
“Devoted to colour – Dedicated to quality”
Print is not just ink on Paper
At Chapel Print we run precision colour control to ensure that whether we are printing on coated or uncoated paper we get the best from your images.
Once your files are processed through our “Studio RIP” and plates are made we have already taken into account what paper is being printed. The settings within the ripping process which are measured and calibrated regularly will ensure the printed dot is accurately adjusted to make the brightest and sharpest image.
This is a costly process that few printers undertake and the proof of the pudding is in the printed image. See for yourself.
Our Machine minders use densitometers and spectrometers on press ensuring that every copy is precision printed to the highest quality.

Delivery:
Questions & Answers
The price should either include storage options or one large, bulk delivery for each prospectus to an address of our choice.
1) The full-time prospectus and Sixth Form prospectus is usually printed in August every year and can be delivered in one bulk delivery or stored with multiple batch delivery as requested (estimated 1,500 delivery at a time)
2) The part-time prospectus is usually printed and delivered mid-May every year and can be delivered in one bulk delivery or stored with multiple batch delivery as requested (estimated 1,500 delivery at a time)
3) The higher education prospectus is usually printed and delivered mid-October every year and can be delivered in one bulk delivery or stored with multiple batch delivery as requested (estimated 1,500 delivery at a time)
Chapel Print operate a full shift system throughout the year and can accommodate all four prospectuses within the schedule specified.
Chapel Print offers a complete storage and stock management facility as illustrated on page 9. We appreciate Sussex Coast College Hastings difficulties with bulk storage of prospectuses as one delivery.
Responding to this we are happy to store free for one month from the first delivery then charge the additional deliveries. Following this in the event further storage is required we can store additional pallets for £5 per pallet per month which we feel is very reasonable.
Should you decide to call off in lots of approximately 1500 books, the additional deliveries will cost £50 - £70 depending on the book size.
We stress that we are happy so accommodate and advise the best cost solution to suit Sussex Coast College Hastings.
Format:
Suppliers will need to demonstrate how the publications can be fully integrated with our digital offering and meet the needs of a digitally savvy audience. The successful supplier will have the capability to work with hi-res PDFs and Adobe artwork folders.
Flic-book for your website. Once your books are finished and delivered we will produce a flic-book file for you to install online for prospective students to view.
Chapel Print have invested in a variety of indigo digital presses and web-2-print systems offering a complete template system to suit clients needs. Specifically our ‘Flyer-Link’ system for personalised printing and mailing on an individual basis. We have noticed that SCCH offer a personalised prospectus service on their website. Utilising and combining our digital facilities with SCCH we can offer this service, however at this stage we feel it would be better to meet and discuss in detail SCCH requirements with a view to submitting a cost effective solution.

Unit 28-29 Riverside 1 Sir Thomas Longley Road Rochester, Kent ME2 4DP
In answer to your specific question above. We are very capable of working with Hi Res PDF’s,
Adobe artwork folders and other software packages such as ‘Flip Builder’ creating flash and HTML publications that run on all devices
Print requirements:
The run will be colour throughout, and we expect this to be four colour lithographic print for the basic quotation.
Chapel Print have allowed to print all 4 prospectuses litho on our Heidleberg Speedmaster press.
Complete bound book proofs will be printed on our Indigo press, bound and supplied exactly as the finished book for you to easily view and approve.
Contract duration:
The contract will be for a period of one year (with the possibility of extension for a further one year period)
We accept that this will be a one year contact with an option to extend for a further one year period.
Additional information:
Suppliers will need to demonstrate that they have the capacity to produce print runs of 8,000 prospectuses to be signed off, printed, bound, finished and delivered within 14 working days of receiving the artwork files.
Chapel Print have traded for 22 years working with a large number of educational organisations on similar projects, in fact it is important to note that we have produced prospectuses for Sussex Coast College Hastings for the past two years working with Justin Rollings and Jemma Gowing always delivering on time. Production and delivery of this tender would pose no difficulty for Chapel Print to meet the 14 day schedule outlined.
Please state whether there are any restrictions on production times, for example whether you offer printing or binding and finishing on a twenty-four hour basis, and whether there would be any additional costs attached to these out of hours work.
Please refer to Chapel Print Service Level Agreement pages 28-35. Chapel Print operate a double day shift from 6am to 9pm with office hours covering 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. However this service can be extended to 24/7 should the need arise and we will be happy to discuss special rates.
If any element of the contract will be subcontracted, please confirm the details of your proposed supplier as part of your tender response.
Chapel Print have a significant advantage over their competitors having all services under one roof producing all work in-house. Added value is quality control and price control giving best service to our clients and working to tight budgets.

Prices should include printing on 100% recycled paper to meet the College’s environmental standards.
Chapel Print have included prices to print on 100% recycled paper (Oxygen paper and board).
Specifically this paper has been used by us on the 2014 SCCH HE undergrad and Full Time Prospectuses.
Aware of the significant savings to be considered for non recycled papers we have also supplied prices for printing on (alternative uncoated paper and board) a tried and tested FSC material which we have used on similar projects.
SCCH (Sustainability) have expressed the importance of their commitment to managing sustainability and environmental impact. As potential suppliers we recognise this and have looked to find a solution buying (more expensive) 100% recycled paper and keeping costs to a minimum. Our suggested solution is to buy the minimum tailored sheet size for press avoiding wastage. Purchasing paper for both prospectuses acheiving enough tonnage requirement for a special sheet size as a bulk purchase. We will then hold paper in stock free of charge for both publications, this will reduce costs, deliveries and meet your environmental commitment.
Other options.
We would be keen to see options and costs for personalisation of the prospectuses or other print options that utilise the latest interactive techniques available
Referring to the above question ‘Format’ we have a great deal to offer with respect to personalisation and utilising the latest interactive techniques. We would be happy to meet and discuss this particular requirement in a face to face meeting. Following which we can supply SCCH with accurate costs covering a precise requirement.

Section 5: Tender Proposal
Please see our Technical Response, Service Level Agreement and Method Statement below.
Technical Response
Chapel Print place a great deal of importance on the creation, agreement, measurement, reporting and activity of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Sussex Coast College Hastings customer satisfaction will be part monitored against the achievement of SLAs.
Setting SLAs that are relevant to the requirements and policies of customers is achieved through knowledge of customers.
Chapel Print believe in agreeing SLAs with their customers and from experience would propose that these be added to or changed on a regular basis in order to promote a culture of continually exceeding customer expectations. We believe that the basis for the agreement of Service Levels is that they should be:
I Achievable with the agreed resources
I Geared to improving perceived weaknesses I Business critical
I Dynamic and regularly reviewed
I Measurable
I Reportable
Below is our suggested SLA for Sussex Coast College Hastings Media printing services:
Service Level Agreement – Sussex Coast College Hastings & Chapel Print:
Timescales for quotation:
On receipt of a fully specified request for quotation by letter, email or telephone, our target will be to provide a verbal and/or written quotation within four working hours.
Timescales for responding to queries:
On receipt of a query (by email, telephone or in writing) our target will be to respond immediately to discuss/assess the query and if possible, provide immediate resolution.
We will then respond within 2 hours with our intentions to resolve any issues on a timescale as agreed with Sussex Coast College Hastings.
Service availability:
Normal office hours are 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Production hours are 6.00 am to 9.00 pm Monday to Friday allowing urgent calls to be dealt with outside of office hours.
By special arrangement these hours can be extended to twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

Unit 28-29 Riverside 1 Sir Thomas Longley Road Rochester, Kent ME2 4DP
Standard of Work:
Chapel Print are specialists in high quality litho, digital and large format. This includes short, medium and long run, sales promotional, publishing, marketing and direct mail work. Having all services in-house under one roof ensures our high standards of quality are maintained throughout all stages of production.
We have invested heavily in digital technology, new state of the art equipment which guarantees reduced errors, less downtime and so helps us to provide consistent results.
Origination:
We accept origination via Email, Pen drive, and FTP. Chapel Print accept all standard software packages.
Proofs:
Depending upon your requirements we will provide PDF, colour digital proofs, and machine proofs (on correct stock) as required. In the case of this tender we will supply bound book proofs on the correct job stock.
Sign-off:
A proof approval sheet is supplied at each proof stage and a written response is required before progressing to the next stage or to final print.
Author’s Amendments:
Chapel Print will supply written (Email) confirmation of any author’s amendments, stating additional costs and requesting authorisation (verbal or written) from Sussex Coast College Hastings before any further work is carried out.
Variations:
Should any variations be required we will provide Sussex Coast College Hastings with a fully revised quotation and await authorisation before proceeding.
It is standard practice within the printing industry to make minor author’s amendments which would be detailed at invoice stage only to avoid excessive administration and delay on work in progress. Any major variations from the original quotation would however be revised and re-quoted at the time. This is an area that we would like to discuss with Sussex Coast College Hastings. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss with Sussex Coast College Hastings their preferred way forward in this regard.
Delivery:
We understand that delivery can be anytime from first thing the following morning. Obviously every job is subject to individual agreement, dependent upon size, complexity, nature etc. We will endeavour to meet your requirements and in some cases this might be part supply or multi-drop.
Returns:
Returns are rarely required. Whether client or production error, Chapel Print would always collect and remedy or recycle the product. Please see the following (Quality Control) for our complaints procedures.

Customer Liaison:
In addition to telephone and email communication, we would make ourselves available for face- to-face meetings to discuss production requirements. Our target would be to meet within one day although, because of our proximity to your office, this can be within hours.
In addition to production meetings we would seek quarterly review meetings where we can discuss:
I Service level agreements
I Performance
I Finance and administration
I Customer satisfaction
I Management information
I Stock management and control
I Forward planning
I Cost reduction
I Benchmarking, trends and best practice I Complaints
Financial:
All goods delivered will be invoiced at the end of each current month.
Stock Control:
We would like to offer the facility of a part supply and store the remainder for call off when needed. We are happy to offer a monthly stock control spreadsheet via Email.
Data Archiving:
100% of all Sussex Coast College Hastings work will have the final (i.e. printed) document/data archived. This allows instant retrieval for future production.
Flexibility:
This SLA is intended to show minimum standards and procedures however it is acknowledged that the nature of printing requires a high level of flexibility to ensure all customer needs are met. Chapel Print have based their business model on high flexibility and have invested heavily in the latest technology to help achieve maximum flexibility and customer satisfaction.

Quality Control
Chapel Print have a quality management system (QMS) to ensure the highest levels of quality control. The details are set out below and should be read in conjunction with our organisation chart:

Printing Finishing Despatch
We have quality control procedures at each stage of production. Each stage is under the direct supervision of the Director and checked by either a Director or a Shift Manager.
It is important to note:
1. all processes are carried out in-house for flexibility and quality control
2. investment in new technology such as colour management systems has improved
speed, quality, and reduced potential areas for human error
Ordering Materials:
Before ordering, paper samples will be sent to the customer if approval is required and the correct size and weight of paper then ordered, thus ensuring delivery is received well before it is required to give sufficient time for the paper to acclimatise before printing. Any special ink mixes will be ordered from the ink manufacturer; standard inks will be prepared in house.
32

Unit 28-29 Riverside 1 Sir Thomas Longley Road Rochester, Kent ME2 4DP
Work’s Instruction Ticket:
A WIT is raised when an order comes in from the customer. The order then is checked against the estimate and any anomalies discussed with the customer. Delivery requirement will be ascertained and the maximum quantity/weight per box will be identified.
33

Unit 28-29 Riverside 1 Sir Thomas Longley Road Rochester, Kent ME2 4DP
Prepress:
All Data that has been supplied by the customer is checked and prepared for use for lithographic printing. A cutter guide will be made if the job is to be cut to shape - for example, a folder pocket.
Proof approval:
A digital proof is supplied to the customer and if appropriate a further machine proof on the correct stock may be supplied. Plates are not made until we have a customer proof approval (Proof Approval sheet – copy enclosed - see page 36).
Plates:
Once proofs have been approved by the customer machine plates are made and checked before going out to the Printing Press.
Press-pass sheet
The machine operator will make ready, and prepare any special PMS (Pantone Matching System) colours that will be used. Checks will be made that the printed ‘pass sheet’ matches with the proof that the customer has passed for press. The operator will then obtain a second approval from a Director or Shift Manager before running the job.
The ‘pass sheet’ is sent to the finishing operator to be further checked for folding and binding. The pass sheet is repeatedly matched with the running sheet throughout the print run ensuring continuity, matching with the original pass sheet and checking the quality of paper. A new pass sheet will be presented to a Director or Shift Manager at shift handover.
Guillotining, Cutting to shape, Folding and binding:
(i) Guillotining:
Sheets will be cut to final size or cut ready to fold. The operator will set up and present a finished copy to a Director or Shift Manager for approval. The bindery operator will periodically check sheets throughout guillotining and at change of shift. On completion, sheets will be palletised ready for folding or boxed (with weight of box checked), labelled and palletised ready for delivery.
(ii) Folding:
Printed sheets will be pre-cut as above or proceed straight to the folding machine. The operator will set up and present a folded sheet to a Director or Shift Manager for approval. If the job is to be bound a folded sheet will be sent to the book-binding operator for tolerance/allowance checks prior to proceeding to ensure that the machine will run smoothly. The bindery operator will periodically check sheets throughout folding and at a change of shift.
(iii) Bookbinding
The folded sheets will already have been checked by the No 1 binder operator but a complete set of sections will be collated and the imposition and position of folios checked by a Director or Shift Manager. The book is then made ready and the first finished copies will be checked by the bindery operator and a Director or Shift Manager before the main run commences. Batch samples are taken periodically and as well as the binding, the entire quality of the product is thoroughly checked for entire print and finishing quality.
34

Unit 28-29 Riverside 1 Sir Thomas Longley Road Rochester, Kent ME2 4DP
Quantity:
At the outset the Works Instruction Ticket will define the amount of extra sheets that have been allocated to run, taking into account the anticipated wastage (plus an additional precautionary amount) ensuring that the final production quantity will meet the amount ordered. At every stage of production the output of each machine is recorded by the operator or Shift Manager so that any shortfall may be rectified.
Storage of Data and goods:
Data supplied by the customer is often changed in the course of pre-press and author’s corrections through stages of proofing so the final document will need to be archived and stored which we do. These files are kept in a special area and fully logged for security and ease of retrieval.
Goods take up valuable customer space. As part of our added value service to Sussex Coast College Hastings we are able to make a part supply and store the remainder for call off when needed.
All remaining stock is documented with up-to-date records produced for Sussex Coast College Hastings following each delivery.
Packing:
As part of the estimating process, care is made that no outer/transportation/storage box exceeds the maximum of 15 Kg. Each box will have a detailed label produced showing the document title, quantity and weight.
Delivery:
A delivery note is raised stating our job number, the customer’s reference number and the customer contact (if being delivered to a third party). The note will identify the total quantity, how banded or turned, the total per box, and the total number of boxes and pallets.
If delivering to a third party (i.e. a mailing house or distribution centre) contact is made obtaining their specific packing requirement and opening times. File copies will be sent to the customer for their records. (NB: We have goods in transit insurance covering all shipments by any internal or external means).
Pricing and Invoicing:
Once an order is in progress the specification may change. It is our policy to advise the customer at the first opportunity of any change in costs so that budgets may be monitored. Once the job has been completed and delivered our accounts department will cost the job and an invoice will be raised and sent to the accounts department containing the contract reference and title, specification of work completed, and the name of the Sussex Coast College Hastings Project Manager.
Training
Over the years we have replaced most of our plant with new machines. Because of the complexity of the technology the machines come with comprehensive on site training. As and when new staff are employed we arrange for correct training where appropriate, especially where health and safety is concerned. All staff are trained and certified in first aid to at least “Appointed Person First Aid” Level.

METHOD STATEMENT
General:
Chapel Print has been successfully supplying litho, Indigo digital and large format print under Framework Agreements for a number of years to a wide range of customers in the Public and Private sectors. During this time they have successfully demonstrated their service, quality, responsiveness and competitive sustainable pricing structure and have constantly maintained the highest level of quality and service whilst always meeting delivery deadlines. Therefore Chapel Print is able to draw on this expertise to construct a proposal that will meet all of the printing requirements for Sussex Coast College Hastings resulting in long-term tangible benefits.
Introduction
Chapel Print is a medium-sized lithographic, Indigo digital and large format commercial printing company specialising in quality multicolour printing. Our typical work profile includes short, medium and long run, sales promotional, publishing, marketing and direct mail work. Customers are predominantly public sector, educational, charity and blue chip organisations. Apart from production of day-to-day print requirement, we look to work closely with Designers, Press Officers, Buyers, Communication and Marketing departments on the following:
• Advising how to achieve the best economic result within or under budgets
• Assisting with marketing strategy
• Helping with distribution/storage problems such as storage, stock control, call-off and
multi-point distribution of print work when necessary.
Company History
Chapel Print is in its 22nd year of trading and has established an excellent reputation for supplying high quality printing at very competitive prices and always delivering on time. Chapel Print Limited is privately owned by Chris Willis who has a hands on approach to managing the business and working closely with clients. The print industry is highly competitive; however our revenue has grown to around £1m based solely on organic growth that demonstrates the value of our quality of service and product.
The company was started with a two-colour press and a guillotine in a 600 sq ft unit. With a carefully planned investment strategy, using best-in-class technology we have made significant advancement in printing processes. We now operate from a 5,000 sq ft factory in Rochester and employ 14 people.
We are full Platinum members of the BPIF (British Printing Industries Federation) and have an excellent relationship and credit rating with our suppliers, always paying them within their agreed terms.
Proposed Solution
As incumbent suppliers the service we offer will be effective from day one of the contract and therefore will be entirely seamless. We will provide a highly flexible and responsive service and wherever possible we will assist Sussex Coast College Hastings in achieving the most cost-effective results by offering advice on alternative solutions that will achieve the same results but at a lower cost. We are well equipped to meet the most critical of deadlines as all services are produced on site.

Chapel Print “Devoted to colour – Dedicated to quality”

Repro department specifically Shaun Murdoch-Goodwin has worked closely with SCCH Designers frequently advising the best use of design software and making print ready files for best quality print. This excellent relationship will continue to flourish.
Chapel Print have considered storage options. We have offered some cost options for Chapel Print to hold stock and make deliveries as a series of smaller amounts. Aiming to minimize the pressure on the colleges limited storage facility. We would welcome further discussion with regard to finding an ongoing fluid solution at minimal cost to SCCH.
Helping with student work experience and placements.
Chapel Print have identified an area where we could assist students specifically with designing for print and producing print ready files.
We would like to propose printing and supplying a basic guide for SCCH students.
The guide will contain a step by step approach in processing their designs to a printed job and making good print ready files. We would work with SCCH putting the guide together then arrange a day when we could visit, present the guide, talk about design, print and substrates. Then discuss (informally) with students anything the College might feel appropriate related to Digital, Litho and large format print. Likewise there is a possibility that students could visit Chapel Print in small groups. Again, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with SCCH.
