Policies

(1) If you are sick or have been exposed to COVID-19, please do
not book for at least 14 days.

(2) Mask are required.
(3) No kids or extra guest are allowed.
(4) Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late

there is a $25 late fee due upfront.
(5) If you are receiving a lash service, please do not wear

makeup.
(6) All appointments require a $30 nonrefundable deposit that

goes toward your service.
(7) Please contact us at least 24hrs in advance to cancel.
(8) Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of service.
(9) No call, no shows will result in the full service being charged.
(10) Relax & enjoy yourself!

General Health and Safety Recommendations

Prior to booking, please take into consideration if you have recently or frequently
experienced any of the following:

❖ Unusual sensitivity or skin reaction to adhesives
❖ Moderate to severe allergies in combination with abnormal eye discharge
❖ Any eye disease or medical condition, such as pink eye
❖ Have had eye surgery
❖ Have a compromised immune system/eye disease

Eyelash Extension Aftercare

To ensure lasting results following the application of your eyelash extensions, be sure
follow these lash extensions after care guidelines.

❖ Do not get lashes wet for 4 to 6 hours after application to ensure proper adhesion.
❖ Do not steam bathe and avoid direct water contact for 24-48 hours.
❖ Do not spray tan for 48-72 hours after application.
❖ Sleep on your back or on the side of the pillow.

❖ Avoid direct and extreme heat (ex: oven)

❖ Brush your lashes and extensions regularly when dry, from center to tips, using a clean
wand.
❖ Avoid gel or liquid eyeliner.
❖ You do not need to use mascara. If you must, use water-based, non-waterproof only.
❖ Avoid oil-based products around the eyes.
❖ Do not perm or tint your lashes.
❖ Do not use the sauna room.
❖ Do not pull on your lashes nor rub your eyes frequently.
❖ never attempt to remove your eyelash extensions by yourself. This must be done by a
trained lash artist.

Eyelash Extensions Consent

1. I hereby agree to have eyelash extensions applied to my natural
lashes and consent to the placement of the eyelash extensions by the
licensed professional.

2. I understand and agree to the aftercare and general health/safety
recommendations and for any unexpected circumstance that may
happen due to not following these instructions, are at my own risk.

3. I understand that in rare occasions there are risks associated with
having eyelashes extensions. I further understand that in rare
circumstances eye or skin irritation and discomfort may occur.

4. I understand that my eyes must remain closed for the duration of
service.

5. I understand that because of the natural lash cycle and wear and
tear, I will need to maintain my extensions with touch up
appointments (recommended about every 2 to 3 weeks) to keep them
full.
