As soon as new DMS data is detected by Autocontact,
the records are cross-referenced against the
dealerships live service plan data.
Within seconds, dealership staff are presented with a
detailed analysis of which customers have a service
plan, and more importantly which do not.
The customer will then receive a quotation
automatically via email & text message!
Once the customer receives the quotation, they can
create their bespoke plan directly from their
computer / mobile device without needing to call the
dealership.

the cost into 4 interest free payments.
The payment plan is interest and fee free to the

promotes DNPL within the Service reminders and after
every Vehicle Health Check.
Within seconds of the advisor pricing a completed
Vehicle Health Check, the customer receives
an Email and Text Message detailing any Amber or Red
work that has been identified. All quotes are
displayed as Drive Now, Pay Later & total cost.

All VRM records are checked against live DVSA data.
MOT due dates are corrected, and any VRM's that
have an MOT advisory notice on its current certificate

potential value of every customers booking.

their ability to retain customers.
What is Drivers Club?
Once your offers and promotions have been agreed,
we will provide you with a simple signup form that can
be embedded within your website for customer self-
signup.
Your front line teams can also register new customers
via the AutoContact system.
Once a customer has been successfully registered
they will receive their unique member code via Email
and a digital members card will be sent to their mobile
device (which can be saved in their Apple / Android
Wallet). The customer will also be added to your
Drivers Club portal for review.
