• Outpatient clinics are located at our Medical Office Building.
• The registration counter is located on the ground floor.
• Please ensure to bring:

- Original identity card / passport
- For children below 12 years old: birth certificate / mother's identity card
- Insurance card (if available)

Admission
• The admission counter is located on the ground floor
• In case of emergency, please proceed to the Emergency Department
• All admissions require a deposit and / or letter of guarantee
• The patient is required to fill up the consent form after the doctor has

explained the procedure to be performed
• Please ensure to bring:

- Original identity card / passport
- For children below 12 years old: birth certificate / mother's identity card
- Insurance card (if available)

Discharge
• Patients can only be discharged on doctor's advice
• When the bill is ready, the ward nurse / clerk will direct the patient /

payer to the discharge counter located on the ground floor
• Discharge time is 12pm
• Half-day room rate will apply for discharge between 1pm - 6pm
• Full-day room rate will apply for discharge after 6pm
