Description

•  With a brilliant ruby red color this Monastrell grape wine has the genuine touch of the Jumilla D.O., characteristic from the
Castilla La Mancha Spanish region.

•  Fruity notes in nose and tasty and full-bodied in palate, this wine is better served at room temperature (around 18º).
•  Elaborated with the best Jumilla D.O grapes, after a maceration of eight days at 28 ºC, is racked to finish the alcoholic

fermentation. The next step is the malolactic fermentation, where is considered microbiologically done.
•  It is conserved along one year in tanks in which it is suffered three racked before doing the barreling time. The raising of this

Reserva compound twelve months in Allier French oak barrels and six months in the bottle.
•  It matches perfectly with red meat, poultry and well cured cheeses.
•  San Simón Gran Reserva had won several prices, granted by enologists from all over the world. The bronze was for him at the

2012 “International Wine & Spirit Competition” , having the second place at the “Challenge International Du Vin” of 2011.
