Breakfast Setting
-Food scooping equipment: main fork, main knife, teaspoon

-Drink glass: water glass, fruit juice glass
-Napkin : Fold diagonally placed on the far left with the corners
of the triangle on the outside
Lunch Setting
-Food scooping equipment: salad fork, main fork, main knife,
teaspoon
-Tableware: bread and butter dishes. lunch plate
-Drinking glass: water glass, wine glass or coffee tea
-Napkins: folded in a 1/4 square shape, placed on the faพ
left
Dinner Setting
-Food scooping equipment: butter knife (placed on bread and
butter plate), salad knife, main knife, teaspoon
-Tableware : Bread and Butter Dishes, Main Dishes, Salad
Dishes
-Drinking glass : Water goblet, wine glass
-Napkins: folded in a 1/4 square shape, put the rehearsal on
top.
Formal Dinner Setting
-Cooking utensils : Butter knife (placed on a bread and butter plate),
salad fork, main fork, dessert spoon, dessert spoon, main knife, soup
spoon, teaspoon
-Tableware : Salad plate, bread and butter plate, serving plate, salad
plate on serving plate. Tea/coffee cup with saucer
