Surveyor
 Menentukan kondisi container (DM & AV)
 Menentukan status kepemilikan container (Owner atau

Leasing)
 Menentukan kerusakan yang harus dilaporkan secara cepat

dan tepat baik letak maupun ukuran kerusakan.
 Mengetahui type & size container (20’/40’/43'/45‘/dst)
 Mengetahui jenis kerusakan (Baru / lama)
 Handling Damage, yakni kerusakan fisik container karena

benturan, kikisan, contaminasi, dll
 Wear & Tear yakni yg disebabkan pemakaian terus –

menerus (under normal )

Cara survey container

 Surveyor memulai pekerjaannya dengan mengecek setiap bagian-
bagian dari fisik container yang akan dicek.

 Mengecek number container, size, shipping line sesuai dg Sp 2 nya.
 Perbedaaan pengukuran dimensi kerusakan agar tidak melebihi 5%

dari criteria shipping line (cargo worthy) ataupun IICL 5, maksud nya
jangan sampai ada OVER ESTIMATE maupun LOOSE SURVEY…..
 Mensurvey baik luar maupun dalam dimulai dari komponen pintu
(Gasket, L/Bar, guide, cam kepper, H/catch,retainer, handle, dsb)
Survey pada kondisi GASKET atau DOOR SEAL lebih diperhatikan
terutama pada kontainer dg status AV GRADE C.
 Personil SURVEYOR, ESTIMATOR, QUALITY CONTROL dan REPAIR MAN
agar mempelajari kembali dengan seksama dan teliti KRITERIA KRITERIA
yang telah diberikan oleh @Pelayaran.

 Frame,hinge,doorheader,doorsill , cone protection, rearpost.
 R/S ext PNL 1 up to 5 (20’) + 1 up to 10 (40’)
 R/S top rail, bottom rail, R/S front post.
 Front panel, Front header, Front sill, cone protection.
 L/S ext panel 1 up to 5 (20’) + 1 up to 10 (40’).
 L/S top rail, bottom rail, L/S front c post.
 Interior panel (L/5 + R/5 + Roof panel).
 Interior plywood floor, plank float, laminated floor, middle

floor center spacer, tunnel plate)
 Roof ext panel, extention plate, corner gusset plate
 Under structure (X-Member,Tunnel rail, tunnel bolster, tunnel

stiffener, outrigger)

Survey & Cleaning Container

Menentukan cleaning sesuai cargo ex container.

 Water wash; Detergen wash; Chemical wash, dan Pengecekan
atas Stiker-stiker Barang yg menempel di dinding container

 Setelah pengecekan dilakukan surveyor akan dapat menentukan
container tersebut damage/available/cleaning nya.

 Apabila container Damage, surveyor dapat menuliskan setiap
komponen yg damage untuk dibuatkan EOR dan dilaporkan ke
shipping line yg memiliki container tsb, & memberi tanda
container tersebut dg tulisan DM & tanggal masuknya.

 Dan apabila available surveyor juga harus melaporkannya
sesuai SOP yang berlaku di perusahaan.

 Wajib dilakukan pengambilan foto yang damage, penulisan
kerusakan fisik container, sehingga foto survey dapat diminimal
kan dan akan mengurangi miss survey atau loose.

Perawatan Container

UNIFIED CONTAINER INSPECTION & REPAIR CRITERIA

1.1. GENERAL
 Kriteria ini dirancang untuk penggunaan di semua inspeksi kontainer;
 Kriteria seharusnya tidak bervariasi antara in-service dan on / off inspeksi survei

menyewa dan harus diterima secara universal dengan perusahaan pelayaran,
perusahaan kontainer leasing dan operator kontainer mendukung kriteria ini untuk
semua kontainer di seluruh dunia;
 Item tidak secara khusus rinci dalam kriteria ditutupi oleh pengenalan umum ini
hanya jika mereka memerlukan perbaikan;
 Setiap pengguna kriteria ini membutuhkan standar di atas yang rinci dalam kriteria
harus bernegosiasi langsung dengan depot dan / atau pemilik / operator yang
bersangkutan;
 Toleransi / kerusakan yang diijinkan dan minimum yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi
persyaratan keselamatan dasar tetapi dipilih untuk memastikan wadah berguna
dan meminimalkan kebutuhan untuk perbaikan dan hidup aset, sehingga dapat
terjaga, dan
 Metode perbaikan yang dipilih harus yang paling ekonomis dan sesuai dengan
lokasi tertentu saat perbaikan.

1.2 ACCEPTABLE DAMAGE

Ini didefinisikan sebagai kerusakan yang tidak dapat
diperbaiki dan mencakup:

* Semua flange kerusakan kecuali kerusakan koneksi
las;

* Deformasi anggota struktural hingga ISO +10 mm di
sisi awal dan ISO +5 mm pada akhir, dan

* Sebelumnya perbaikan tidak boleh diulang kecuali
integritas struktural wadah dikompromikan atau hal
ini tidak cocok untuk kargo

1.3 NON-ACCEPTABLE DAMAGE

Ini didefinisikan sebagai kerusakan yang harus diperbaiki
karena:
* Konvensi Internasional untuk Safe Containers, 1972,

sebagaimana telah diubah (CSC) dilanggar dan keamanan
wadah yang terkena dampak;
* Bea Cukai Konvensi dilanggar;
* Ada pengurangan dalam dimensi tinggi internal dengan lebih
dari 70mm dan/atau internal dimensi width/length lebih
dari 50mm;
* Wadah ini tidak cocok untuk kargo;
* Celah di las yang terlihat kecuali dinyatakan lain, dan
* Korosi, karena kegagalan pengecatan , yang menyebabkan
hilangnya integritas struktural.

1.4 WEAR & TEAR

Ini didefinisikan sebagai perubahan tidak dapat
dihindari atau memburuknya kondisi wadah yang
dibawa oleh penggunaan operasional rutin dan
meliputi:
a. General kerusakan cat;
b. Kerusakan gasket pintu dan perlengkapan;
c. Kerusakan komponen pintu yang timbul dari

kerusakan pintu;
d. Delaminations lantai yang dihasilkan dari siklus

kargo bongkar muat rutin.
