About WIBO:
ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS
THE ENTREPRENEUR MINDSET PROGRAM
WIBO combined 50+ years of teaching successful entrepreneur workshops with 20+ years of leadership development training to create an experiential program designed to produce exceptional, successful entrepreneurs.
The Entrepreneur Mindset Program (EMP) was designed to help our graduates and current workshop participants develop the mindset needed for
success in starting and growing their businesses. Entrepreneurship is a tough, sometimes lonely and even depressing journey.
Considering that many of our graduates and participants come from areas of high poverty, reduced social services, and already tense stressful conditions, we designed this program to give our workshop participants and graduates the tools and strategies
they can use to develop a strong mindset that will allow them to use all available resources to chart and navigate the path to owning and growing a successful business.
BENEFITS OF EMP
The Entrepreneur Mindset Program (EMP) is taught by certified trainers with a well-researched curriculum designed to provide our participants with powerful benefits that will positively impact their professional and personal life. Specifically, they will:
• Unleash Potential they Didn’t Know Existed
• Learn to Focus on Positive Behaviors and Recognize
Negative Habits
• Take Relationships to the Next Level
• Develop an Action Plan to Produce Sustainable
Results
• Learn to Thrive in Challenging Situations
After graduating from EMP are graduates will have the tools to help them persevere when circumstances are tough. They gain the confidence to market and sell their products/services, and they develop the inner strength to turn negative situations into positive outcomes.

WIBO ACADEMY – ADVANCED COURSES FOR WIBO GRADUATES
WIBO Academy was created to assist our graduates with growing their businesses by learning new marketing skills, creating amazing customer experiences, and growing their companies by learning how to work on the business, not in the business.
WIBO Academy courses are divided into self-study courses that let you take as much time as you need to complete and instructor-led courses that meet online once a week. Some courses will give our grads the opportunity to do either the self-study or the instructor-led course modules.
WIBO Academy online courses are available for our graduates anytime, anywhere — at home, at work, at the gym. Accessible on any device with an internet connection including mobile, tablet, or computer.

SUPPORT PROGRAMS
GUTENSTEIN FOUNDATION ENTREPRENEURIAL RE-ENTRY PROGRAM
The Gutenstein Foundation Entrepreneurial Re-entry Program was created to provide entrepreneurship opportunities to people who were formerly incarcerated. There are still employers who are uneasy about hiring people who were formerly incarcerated and for those individuals with the passion and desire to create a better life for themselves and their families, the path to business ownership may be the answer.
Our Re-entry program reduces recidivism by creating successful business owners.
These entrepreneurs, in turn, hire other formerly incarcerated individuals which also reduces recidivism.
Entrepreneurs strengthen communities through economic empowerment.
Business ownership is the number one way to create generational wealth that can be passed down to future generations.
WIBO NYC and our affiliates offer full scholarships to recently incarcerated people to attend our 10-week “How to Build a Growing Profitable Business” workshop.
Currently, we have expanded the Gutenstein Foundation Entrepreneurial Re-entry Program nationally allowing
anyone anywhere in the country who was recently incarcerated to participate in the 10-week workshop for free. We also provide the needed equipment for those individuals who do not have access to technology to participate virtually.
WIBO SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS
WIBO provides scholarships to specific groups of people to help them take our 10-week or 16-week “How to Build a Growing Profitable Business” workshops.
• PATRIOT’S SCHOLARSHIP FOR VETERANS
In honor of those who served in the Armed Forces, WIBO created the Patriots Scholarship to provide armed forces service personnel a full scholarship to attend our 10-week or 16-week workshop.
• NYCHA HOUSING SCHOLARSHIP
Residents that live in New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) properties qualify for a partial scholarship to attend our 16-week workshop. Residents pay $75.00 for the workshop.
