Dear Parent

The School is going to hold Mid-Term Assessment for Middle Wing from Monday September 06, 2021.

1. Kindly find enclosed some important instructions as well as the date-sheet for the Mid-Term
Assessment.

2. Tests will be held online, using Microsoft Forms. The form will be uploaded on your ward’s
Microsoft Team Channel on the day of the exam and it will be live from 10:25 am - 11:25 am.

3. Revision/Doubt classes will be from August 23, 2021 to September 02, 2021. Also, there will be two
revision classes on the exam day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. (for the subject of that day) and the other one
from 1:15 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the next day exam.

4. Test will carry a maximum of 20 marks and will be of 50 minutes duration. 10 minutes extra time is for
uploading.

5. Test will be live 5 minutes before the beginning of Exam Time i.e. 10:25 a.m. and will
remain live till 11:25 a.m. Your ward is requested to turn in (Submit it) not later than
11:30 a.m.

6. Test will consist of 12 marks Objective type questions (MCQ) and 08 marks Subjective type questions for
Class VI, however Class VII & VIII will have 10 Marks Objective (MCQ) and 10 Marks Subjective type
questions.

7. The syllabus for Mid-Term Assessment is uploaded on School Website.

For any doubt/queries regarding the same, you may contact the Class Teacher or the Subject

Teacher.

8. Please note that there will be a combined paper for GK, MAT and Life Skills (MCQs) of 15 Marks

on September 23, 2021 for 30 minutes.
