The ground floor is only zoned for the public (reception,
public waiting area, etc.) and for the On-Patient
Department. On the otherhand, the first flor is for the
Pediatric and the Gynecology wards.

This project involves the site development and building
design for the new Red Crescent Building facility to serve RIC
and Jubail highways. The new building will be located in a
plot of land (approx.. area 50,000 sq. mts.) adjacent to the
access road to Jennah Island from the RIC-JIC Highway. The
facility will provide relief medical assistance in emergency
situations and support to local health care services in the
area. The schedule of services provided in the new building
include support facilities for ambulance dispatch and
medical facilities such as cold rooms for medical equipment
and supplies; observation / monitoring stations;; training
room; classroom; offices; conference room; records /
archives facilities; tools/equipment room; and restrooms
facilities as prescribed in the Saudi Arabian Red Crescent
Society guidelines. Provision has also been made for an
adjacent landing pad for a 24 hour emergency helicopter
service.

Work performed under this Task relates to the proposed waterfront The intent of the works to be incorporated within the
park "Dareen East Beach Development" of approximately 50 construction package is to attract commercial development

for the park and Primary and Secondary Infrastructure for sixty-
two beach-front chalets, six lUxury restaurants and two

Project Name : SHARED SERVICES BUILDING DESIGN COMPETITION
Client : Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC)

DESIGN CONCEPT:
The competition intended to designing a large
complex to House SABIC Corporate Office, as well as
developing the subject site to create an urban pole
that interacts with its environment. The project is
located on a land lot of 140,000 m².

PROJECT COMPONENT:

The project was designed giving particular attention
to the following components:

1- CONTEMPORARY CORPORATE OFFICE
TOWERS AERIAL PERSPECTIVE

To meet Sabic vision, the Designer organized the
complex and the Office Towers buildings in a
gradual form oriented toward the Arabian Gulf.
This way of doing resulted in giving to the users
large bays and views of the sea. The Designer
fitted the Offices towers and interconnected
them at the ground floor.

The shared services and facilities (auditorium, conference rooms, lecture rooms,
Executive dining hall, etc ... ) have been located at the ground floor, enabling for,
conferences, seminars and lectures, these facilities may also be extended to
other corporates organized gatherings.

2- SOCIAL DIMENSION: THE URBAN CENTRE

The Urban centre is considered as the immediate expansion of
the Complex. In the environment, in accordance with the new
ways of thinking and Projecting urban life around the city Centers,
the Designer created the Urban Centre to celebrate the social
and community roles of Sabic and also intends to constitute an
attraction pole in the City of Jubail.

The Urban centre incorporates all facilities such mosque, library,
clinic, gym, restaurants, executive dining halls, conference
rooms, exhibition halls, bank offices, travel agencies, etc ... these
facilities are open to the Complex users (permanent and
occasional) and to the large public.

The selection of modern and contemporary material was made in
response to the client willing to be doted with world class design,
integrating latest technological

part of the KFUPM’s endowment program to provide
sustainable support for education and research at KFUPM.

Saudi Aramco and KFUPM aim to develop synergies with
KFUPM’s faculty and students with Saudi Aramco and its
leading business partners. This development will link
industry, Saudi Aramco and KFUPM.

The site is located south of the Dammam-Dhahran highway
and Dammam-Khobar highway intersection. The
development strategy involves integrating numerous
office buildings with a four star premium hotel, executive
furnished apartments, convention center, and support
retail components.

House Designs

The project villas are distinguished in different architectural styles as the
Modern, Arabian & Mediterranean architecture styles with a prominent
internal design, provided by modern appliances and air conditioners,
and each villa is distinguished by large front garden, region for children
play ground and a garage for two cars.

The Neighborhood Centers (NHC) are the focal point of the Sector Areas, they
are located at a maximum distance of 300 meters away from each surrounding
Villas within the neighborhoods. They are also meant to provide local services
and create a sense of community belongings and pride.

Design Scope

The architectural plan was re-designed to achieve a suitable residential
environment, wider green area and with better use of area to get more plots
number. Also, the public facilities were designed and distributed in suitable
way at all the districts to be launched easily by all the habitants.

with existing college of science and college of engineering
through bridges at top levels. The design will have the same
architectural style and standards as the adjacent buildings,
and finding the best solutions to develop the project area and

Project: Lupera [3G Green field] (Project Engineer)
- Project Lupera was the largest rollout undertaken by Vodafone in Australia. This is a national 3G
rollout project. I worked as a project Engineer for Vodafone. I was involved in the entire process from
design to build and installation of towers and Base stations.
- Scoping for sites. Design the site as per required standards. Cost tendering and budgeting site
works. Coordinating different Subcontractors and scheduling wok on sites. Installation and
commissioning of base station and mobile structures like towers and poles. Co-ordinating with the
project manager and reporting to him about the project status. Responding to faults occurring on the
site. Keeping a track of all the required documents for handover.

From Feb –June 2005
Project: Networker Strategy, Dammam, KSA (Graduate Project Engineer)
- Installation of optical fibre cables for petro-chemical plant. Auditing of all the sites Installed &
