The Hayward-Tri-City Alumnae Chapter (HTCAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has served the Tri-City and Southern Alameda County community for over 34 years. Ongoing economic challenges make it increasingly difficult for the students in our communities to obtain and pay for higher education, so for more than a decade HTCAC has provided scholarships to deserving, college-bound students.
