Kork-Ease was founded in Brooklyn in 1953.Twenty years later the brand
solidified its spot in footwear history with its original buffalo sandal: a cork

platform wedge with crisscrossing leather straps.
If you know disco, then you know Kork-Ease.The buffalo sandal is the shoe
that stood in line at Studio 54. It’s the shoe that launched a thousand copies.
