How To Apply Visa Information for International Students


Required Documents (Full time)
1. The student’s BUUIC application form
2. An original transcript. The transcript must be certified by the Ministry of Education and Thai Embassy

3. A copy of ID card or passport
4. A copy of the student’s recent medical certificate
5. A one-inch photo of the student, taken within the 6 months prior to submitting the BUUIC


Required Documents for Student Exchange and Double Degree Application
1. Student exchange application form
2. International housing application form
3. Copy of passport (valid not less than six months)
4. Nomination letter
5. Statement of purpose How to Apply for a Visa (non-immigrant “ED”)
Foreign students who require a visa for studying at Burapha University submit the following documents to any Royal Thai

Registration and Tuition Fees Insurance



(A) Regular students (Full Time?)
Registration fees (Payment completed on report day) 10,000 THB Accident Insurance
Fall/Spring semester tuition fees (Per semester) 60,000 THB
Summer semester tuition fees (Per semester) - THB
Total 490,000 THB BUUIC offer the accident insurance for students that coverage a medical expenses from accident. The
conditions and benefits will depends on insurance company.
This insurance is already included tuition fee.











(B) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) students (Double Degree/Exchange Student?)
Students who enroll in the college by MOU should pay the registration and tuition fees as stated in the MOU.
If a program has been revised, but fee changes have not been approved, then payments should be based on this regulation
until such time that the new fees are approved.

(C) External who would like to enroll in one of the college’s program (credit bank ?)

Fall/Spring semester maintenance fee (Per semester) 20,000 THB Medical Insurance
Summer semester maintenance fee (Per semester) 10,000 THB
Course tuition fee (Per Course) 12,000 THB
BUUIC offer the medical insurance for students that coverage a hospitalization and surgical benefits. The
conditions and benefits will depends on insurance company.
Payment of other fees This insurance is excluded tuition fee.
1. Maintaining student status fee* 4,000 THB per semester
2. Changing faculty fee 4,000 THB per time
3. Changing major fee 2,000 THB per time
4. Credit transfer fee 1,000 THB per time
5. For students that have lost their student status because they did not register or because their registration was incomplete,
the student must pay the student registration fee of 2,000 THB per time.
6. Students who pay the registration fee late or who request to have their student status reinstated must pay a fine at the
rate of 12% per year of the registration fee. The fine will be charged monthly, and fractions of a month will be treated as
one full month.

Remark:

* Students who are approved to take an intermission leave or who are suspended must pay the maintaining student status fee to
maintain their student status.
