Comanche คอื อะไร?

How to create a new booking (Centara Privillage)

1. คลกิ ที่ปมุ่ Reservation
2. เลอื ก C/A Book

3.ให้กรอกคำวา่ CENTARA แลว้ กด Search

4.ใหเ้ ลอื ก CODE 10291 Centara Loyalty Marketing…….
5. ให้เลอื กคำว่า New booking เพอ่ื สรา้ ง Booking ข้นึ มาใหม่

6. กรอกรายละเอียดของแขกเข้าระบบ อาทเิ ช่น ชือ่ หมายเลขโทรศพั ทแ์ ละ E-mail

7. เมื่อกรอกรายละเอียดเสร็จแลว้ ให้กดปุ่ม แลว้ จะมหี นา้ ต่าง Pop up ขน้ึ มา

8. ใส่รายละเอยี ดข้อมูลของแขก อิงตาม Booking เชน่ แบบหอ้ ง วันท่เี ชค็ อนิ เชค็ เอ้าท์ จำนวนหอ้ ง เปน็ ต้น

9. กดปุ่ม เพื่อไปใส่รายละเอยี ดในส่วนถดั ไป

10. หลังจากที่เสรจ็ สนิ้ แลว้ ให้กรอกรายละเอียดอกี คร้งั โดยให้ใชเ้ ป็นตัวพมิ พ์ใหญ่ท้ังหมด ดงั นี้
Last name = นามสกุล
First = ชอื่
Title = คำนามหนา้
Nationality = สัญชาติ
CTR = ประเทศ
Bk. Source = ให้เลือกคำวา่ PROP.
Meal type = ABF ถ้าหากวา่ แขกจองห้องพร้อมอาหารเช้า ถ้าไมม่ ีให้ข้ามได้เลย
Pay code = 903 American Exp 904 Visa 905 MasterCard
Rate code = Code จะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นอยู่กับ Type ห้องและช่องทางการจองของแขก
แต่ Code สองตัวหลงั จะลงทา้ ยตวั RO(Room Only) กบั RB(Room/Breakfast)
Service = ในกรณีแขก Request เพิม่ เติม เช่น เตยี งเสริม Connecting room วันครบรอบและอื่นๆ
Daily rate = จำนวนราคาต่อคืน ตอ่ ห้อง
Remark = จดรายละเอียดสำคัญ เช่น แบบห้อง ราคาหอ้ ง คา่ Surcharge และอื่นๆ

11. หลงั จากที่กรอกรายละเอยี ดเสร็จแลว้ ให้ตรวจอกี รอบ แล้วกดปุ่ม

12. จดเลข RSVN ลงในกระดาษถือว่าจบการทำ Booking เบ้ืองตน้

4. Meal types

ABF = อาหารเช้าแบบอเมรกิ ัน

เลขขนึ้ ต้นหนา้ บัตรจะบ่งชว้ี ่าบัตรนั้นเป็นบตั รประเภทใด
VISA ขน้ึ ตน้ ด้วยเลข 4
Master Card ข้นึ ตน้ ดว้ ย 51-55
JCB ขึ้นตน้ ดว้ ย 3528-3589
American Express ข้ึนต้นด้วย 34 และ 37
UnionPay ขน้ึ ต้นด้วย 62

6. How to add remarks

การเขียน Remark ขึ้นต้นดว้ ยจำนวนผู้เข้าพัก เช่น 1 คน 2 คน และ 3 คนตามลำดับ(ADULT) ไม่นับรวมเดก็
ตัวอย่าง 1SGL 1TWN และ 1TRP ลำดับต่อไปคือการใส่ประเภทห้อง เช่นห้อง DELUXE KING จะใส่ดังนี้
DLX KGB (DELUXE KING) JR (JUNIOR SUITE ROOM) เป็นต้น หลังจากทใ่ี สแ่ บบหอ้ งเสรจ็ แล้ว ให้ตามด้วย
ราคาห้องที่รวมค่าบริการและภาษีแล้ว จะต้องตามด้วย @เสมอ ตัวอย่าง @2,880.21 เป็นต้น ตามด้วย
OWNACC และตามดว้ ยโปรโมชัน่ ตา่ งๆ ปิดทา้ ยด้วย Requests ตา่ งๆ ทแ่ี ขกร้องขอ

7. How to cancel booking.

1. คน้ หาช่อื หรือ เลขการจองของ Booking ที่เราตอ้ งการจะ Cancel แลว้ คลิกเขา้ ไป
2. กดตามทีล่ ูกศรช้ี Double click แล้วจะมี Pop up ข้นึ มา

3. กดปมุ่ Cancel Booking

4. กดป่มุ 3 จดุ จะมีตัวเลือกให้เลือก

5. กดตก๊ิ ในกรอบสีแดง แลว้ กดปมุ่ OK

6. หลังจากนัน้ จะมีขอ้ ความปรากฏในกรอบ จากนั้นกดคำว่าตกลง

7. เมjื อเห็นขอ้ ความเป็นสแี ดง นั่นแปลวา่ Booking นไี้ ด้ถกู ยกเลกิ เป็นท่เี รยี บร้อยแล้ว
