Born and raised in Greenwich Village, Jay always had a passion for Shakespeare’s works, which led
him to England to study Shakespeare and theatre. Upon returning to New York, he chose to enter
real estate after rediscovering his lifelong love of architecture and the city. It didn’t take long for Jay
to excel: at Warburg Realty, he won the 2011 Rookie of the Year award and 2012 Fast Track award,
before being named as the #3 top producing agent company-wide in 2013.

After earning an undergraduate degree from Bard College and a Masters from the University of
Birmingham in England, he started his journey to becoming a successful real estate salesperson in
New York. In 2011, he was also featured in Crain’s New York “10 brokers under age 30,” which
highlights fast risers in a marketplace increasingly infused with technology.

Jay specializes in representing buyers and sellers of condos and co-ops throughout Manhattan. His

Born into a military family, Landis grew up with diplomatic ambitions, which led her to study Farsi
and Military Science. Landis spent her academic career honing her speaking and presentation skills,
earning leadership positions in journalism, debate, public speaking, student leadership, and legal
argument activities, where she won numerous national awards. After school, Landis opted for a
career in the private sector, and joined Compass in 2014. With a varied and accomplished
