Initial order minimum $250, $200 reorder minimum.
All orders under the minimum will be subject to a $15 processing fee.

RETURNABLE PROGRAM DETAILS
Only Wall calendars, Mini Calendars and 2-Year planners can be ordered as returnable, all other planners are
only sold Non-returnable.
All orders received after 09/01/2023 are non-returnable.
Seasonal 12/01/2023 dating for customers in good standing.
Return authorizations are provided between 02/01/2024 and 04/01/2024 of the upcoming
calendar year and will not be processed after 04/01/2024.
Return authorization numbers must be obtained from Graphique prior
to return and must include a detailed listing of all merchandise (by SKU).
Credit toward future merchandise will be processed upon receipt and
processing of returned merchandise. Please fax or email request.
Authorization requests will not be processed if a balance is due.
