L ATE PAYMENTS:
Any invoice not paid by the due date is subject to a late fee of 1.5% interest per month past due.

Open orders will be put on credit hold for any account with past due invoices.

INACTIVE ACCOUNTS:
If your account has no activity for a period of 18 months or more, your payment terms will be deactivated.

Failure to comply to the conditions granted will be subject to termination of your payment terms.
