PRAKATA
KETUA JABATAN KEJURUTERAAN MEKANIKAL

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh dan salam
sejahtera.

Saya mengambil kesempatan ini untuk mengucapkan syabas
dan tahniah kepada Jawatankuasa Mechanical Project
Innovation (MPE) atas inisiatif menerbitkan buku
Mechanical Project Exhibition Sesi 1 2021/2022.

Buku ini memaparkan koleksi hasil projek pelajar Jabatan
Kejuruteraan Mekanikal semester akhir bagi sesi 1
2021/2022. Penerbitan buku Inovasi ini amat relevan dan
tepat pada masanya, selaras dengan usaha Jabatan Pengajian
Politeknik dan Kolej Komuniti (JPPKK), khusus dalam memartabatkan kreativiti dan
inovasi ke arah Industri 4.0 dan Renewable Energy.

Produk inovasi yang dihasilkan merupakan antara terjemahan kepada
penyelesaian kreatif permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat pada masa kini.
Kepakaran teknikal, keupayaan untuk beradaptasi, dan dengan minda yang dinamik
adalah acuan terbaik sumber manusia yang dikeluarkan oleh para pelajar. Ia juga
merupakan satu wadah perkongsian intelek dan kemahiran di kalangan pelajar yang
mana boleh memberi impak besar dalam terma pembangunan idea.

Selaras dengan keperluan yang mendesak dalam bidang TVET, penganjuran
inovasi ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan modal insan yang kompeten bagi
menghadapi industri yang sentiasa mencabar.

Diharapkan buku inovasi yang dihasilkan kali ini mampu memberi cetusan
idea kepada penghasilan produk inovasi yang lebih baik pada masa akan datang

This project entitled “Portable Furnace” is to fabricate an
ergonomic yet portable furnace. This project presents a problem to
overcome the problem on the furnace located in the foundry workshop of
Mukah Polytechnic and the problem to improve the furnace that have been
used among students or lecturers. Due to the furnace experienced, the
students were not able to complete the assignments perfectly. For
information, the furnace that available in the mechanical foundry workshop
of Mukah Polytechnic is using the manual method to pour the melted tin.
The purpose of this project is to suggest the safety of students and lecturers
will be more assured by producing a furnace that is easier to use. This
furnace will also make it easier for students to complete their assignments
perfectly.

This project entitled “An Automatic Hand Sanitizer” is fabricated to
design a circuit that can detect movement of hand to sanitize. COVID
pandemic has influenced human life in various sectors. Various attempts
were made to reduce the virus transferring by work from home, social
distancing, and also including hand hygiene. So far, most of the available
hand sanitizers do not operate automatically. This aims to make an
automatic hand sanitizer where sanitizer can come out automatically.
Besides that, automated hand sanitizer will refill itself, if the liquid has run
out. The infrared (IR) will sense the presence of heat and motion of the
object. It send data to the circuit to activate the pump. The automatic hand
sanitizer device proposed in this paper is ultimately expected to contribute
to contactless hand disinfection in public places and virus infection
prevention. Additionally, it is economical and eco-friendly by decreasing
waste emissions.

The project " The Prototype of Wind Turbine with The Support of Solar
Energy " generates electricity using the energy source of both kinetic energy
& light energy that is harvested from natural wind energy and from the sun.
The project has wind turbine that is is a machine that harvests the kinetic
energy of the wind into electrical energy. Solar power on the project, on the
other hand, will harvest energy from the sun that is converted into thermal
or electrical energy. The goal of this experiment was to see how effective it is
to generate an eco-friendly way to produce electrical energy by harvesting
natural wind energy and supplementing it with natural light energy or solar
energy. This project included a solar panel because it can increase the
effectiveness and efficiency of harvesting more electrical energy. The
Prototype of Wind Turbine with The Support of Solar Energy has two energy
sources. The first is that the wind turbine will harvest natural wind energy,
which will be converted into kinetic energy. Second, the project's solar
panels will harvest natural light energy produced by the sun. Both sources of
energy will be converted into electrical energy. The harvested electrical
energy will then be used to power a light bulb during the night.

The Pragmatic Sugarcane Machine is a device that helps in
squeezing sugarcane juice out of the water. This machine works by
producing semi-automatic work. Before the invention of sugarcane
machines, housewives had a hard time providing sufficient quantities of
sugarcane water to their families due to the high prices and space
constraints. The goal of this product is to develop a machine that can speed
up the preparation of sugarcane water. It can also reduce the use of space
and provide a safe and healthy environment. This study uses qualitative
methods and data collection processes performed online. We found that the
process of collecting data through this questionnaire took about three week
before we created a chart to show the results obtained. With regard to the
problems we've found, we're improving things like adding strong security
features so that consumers don't get hurt while squeezing sugarcane
therefore, our innovation products can have a good impact on consumers
because there are improvements to the machines, it will be easy and safe to
use.

This project entitled ' A Seed Sowing and Sprayer Machine ' is
fabricated to sowing seed and spray on the crop boundary. This project is
focusing on the problem that happen among the community that have a
hard time during plantation. Sowing seed and spraying crop boundary
sometimes takes a long time to finish and done. Although, the process of
sowing seed happens under the sun. Sunlight provides us vitamins but at
the same time can cause bad effects if works too long. The purpose of this
project is to ease the burden among the community in agriculture. With this
project, they can save times and energy when sowing seed and spray. The
Seed Sowing and Sprayer design is like a wheelbarrow, but with more
specifically adjustments on the body, with 4 tire, knapsack sprayer, seed
sower, hose and handle. With this modification, it can works two jobs in
one time. This modification can also ease the burden among the community
during works.

A sander is a power tool used for smooth surfaces with abrasion
with sandpaper. Sanders has a way to attach sandpaper and a mechanism to
move it quickly inside the housing by way of holding his hand or fixing it to
workbench. Woodworking sanders are usually electrically powered and
those used in auto-body repair work with compressed air. There are many
types of sanders for different purposes. Multi- purpose power tools and
electrical drills may have sand attachments. Woodworking sanders include:
1)Flap sanders or flap wheel sanding: Rolodex-shaped sanding attachments
and used on hand drills or mounted on bench grinders to finish curved
surfaces. 2)Belt sander. 3)Disc sander: Disc sander is most often used as a
stationary machine consisting of round-shaped sandpaper replaced with
wheels powered by an electric motor or compressed air. A piece of
woodwork is usually sitting on a front bench that can be adjusted to various
angles. It can be used of coarse or fine sanding depending on the binder grit
used.

This project entitled “Fabrication of oil palm frond (OPF) hybrid
composite for open face hybrid” is fabricated to design a OPF hybrid
composite for open face helmet. This project focuses fully on studying the
basic mechanical properties of hybrid OPF as it has not yet been studied.
Not only that, this composite hybrid is a mixture of fiberglass and other
fibers in making this hybrid material. This combination aims to strengthen
the structure of the material and lighten it so that it can be made into an
easy -to -use material. The project also focuses on motorcycle users who
use helmets throughout the journey. drivers will often face dangers and
risks while driving. When an accident occurs ad also those who suffer
injuries due to helmets find damage and, blows that occur while facing an
accident due to a misfortune. The purpose of this project is to strengthen
and lighten the weight of the helmet so that motorcyclists can carry it more
safely and not burden the head during the journey especially long journeys.
Fabrication of oil palm frond (OPF) hybrid composite for open face helmet
is based on hybrid composite material which can strengthen the structure
of the helmet and lighten.

This project entitled “Multiuse Canopy” is fabricated to design a
canopy that is adjustable and easy to use on the boat. This project focuses
on the problem of canoes not having a nice canopy and this product is
design to help the citizen in the rural area where they are doing agriculture
activity for a living. A boat that does not have a canopy causes passengers
or drivers to not see clearly due to the hot light and it is very important for
us to have the canopy and protect ourselves from heat and rain. As we
know, the weather in Malaysia is either scorching hot or storming rain. So,
to help this villager or citizen that live near the river or sea to have some
protection from sun and rain. This will help them to at least do their
agriculture activity without worrying of getting sick from the weather.
Moreover, this product can also been used on different boat and also can be
used on the land. The purpose of this project is to suggest community
comfort and make it easier for the community to attach the canopy on the
sampan and it is easy to carry anywhere. This project also has the
advantage of being adjustable and has wheels. The purpose of this project is
to make it easier and more convenient for the users as they do not have to
expend a lot of energy to carry and install on the boat.

This project entitled “Automatic Drain Cleaner.” is fabricated to design
a system that can collect waste automatically. This project is focusing on the
problem of waste that often occur accumulate in the open drain area. Cleaning
the drain can be highly risky and contagious. It is essential to wear personal
protective equipment (PPE) and use tools before cleaning process begin. A
problem that often concerned by the drain workers is the people always throw
rubbish in the drain, causing the drain to be clogged. Moreover, this can also
occur flood in the area. The purpose of this project is to collect the waste
automatically without the cleaner come always to do the job. The Automatic
Drain Waste Collector is based on motor for automation. The system consists of
metal teeth based jaws that wait at the bottom of the mechanism. It is mounted
in a frame to hold the system upright in the gutter. The vertical frame bed is
used to let liquid flow but catch all solid waste. The mechanism consists of a
filter basket on top of it. After particular time intervals the jaw lifts up using a
motorized shaft which is connected using a chain to the jaws. It then reaches the
top and turns upside down to dump the solid waste. Now after dumping the
waste, the motor rotates again to bring the jaw again to the bottom position to
collect more waste.

Wind powered electricity generation has gained a lot of attention in
recent years all around the world. The use of renewable energy such as wind
energy are advantageous to minimize the use of fossil fuels and lower energy
prices. Which is why there are many types of windmill have been created
which varies in sizes and design. But not every parts of the country received
enough electricity especially in the rural area. Our project entitled
WINDMILL GENERATOR is design to generate electricity by using wind
energy which are sustainable. This project is mainly created to design and
simulate a fully functional windmill generator by using a software. In order
to solve this problem, we have designed an improved windmill from
previous design which is stable, functional and to ensure that the project is
able to perform as intended in a given load situation. In addition, we also
produced many ideas based on the research findings and came out with a
suitable and innovative project which is able to produce a reasonable
amount of energy, while keeping the environment safe.

This project entitled “Bird Repellent Device” is an idea that comes
from the problem at the Department of Mechanical Engineering,
Polytechnic Mukah, Sarawak in which there are too many birds flying and
nesting in the department. It is found that the birds have left its droppings
everywhere in the department especially along the classes’ corridors. The
presence of the birds has affected the cleanliness of the department.
Therefore, a preventative measure needs to be developed and it is
ultrasonic bird repellent. Generally, the presence of this device later can
help to repel the birds and overcome the problem. In conclusion, this
project will contribute to the cleanliness and well being of the development
especially for students and lecturers.

Sand sieving machine has the function to sieve sand and stone that
mixed together. The sand and the stone cannot process further if they mix.
Thus, this machine will help operator work which was doing sieve with no
machine mechanism .With machine mechanism driven by motor power will
reduce the time to sieve. The objective of this paper is hopefully can make
the best concept design in terms of production costs and production
capacity. The stages of evaluation design begin with literature review,
objective tree for designing the machine, idea generation, concept making
and evaluation design and study, calculation and Gantt chart. In evaluating
the product, one or several of the best concepts are chosen to further
developed into product , based on selection criteria. The results of this
design obtained the best concept of sand sieving machine in terms of
efficiency, energy, and flexibility. From this paper, it can be concluded that
the design of this sand sieve will environmentally friendly and bring many
benefits, is positive and very good to continue.

This project entitled “Water Rubbish Collector” is an idea that
comes from the problem at the river in Mukah, Sarawak in which there are
too many rubbish in the river. It is the most crucial sources of freshwater on
our earth and this is one of the important reasons why we have to address
river pollution issue. The rubbish was found everywhere in the river and the
idea of our Water Rubbish Collector is to collect the big amount of rubbish
that is in river. Therefore, in a form of like a boat is to pick up the rubbish in
the river efficiently and also easy to control with our remote control to
control our Water Rubbish Collector. Generally, our device can overcome the
problems. In conclusion, this project will contribute in terms of cleanliness
and well being of the development especially for students, lecturers and
others.

The main goal of this project is to build a Can Crusher machine that
can minimize scrap volume and recycle cans, making it easier to transfer
them to the scrap yard. Nowadays, a huge number of cans are being used in
hotels, canteens, and other establishments, necessitating a large amount of
space for storing or dumping the used cans. Moreover, compressing
aluminum cans with your bare hands or feet could lead to injury and also
exhausting. This project includes the creation of a Can Crusher that uses a
single slider crank mechanism to reduce the volume of cans by at least

The planning of the project is a Portable and Adjustable Welding
Table. The development of the idea for this project is originated from the
lecturer and also from the observation of Mechanical Engineering Workshop
of Mukah Polytechnic which the welding table needs some improvement
through innovation. It was found that a plain welding table may be suitable
for certain people because it may cause someone to have a neck and back
aches when sitting on the chair and need to bend the body down while using
the welding table for welding purposes in the workshop. That is why the
plain welding table needs some improvement that can be done, and, one of it
is to make some adjustments for the height of the table whether it can be
heightened or shortened, so that it will be easier to utilize and reduce the
burden of users from getting back ache.

Today’s era is marching towards the rapid growth of all sectors
including the Agricultural sector. To meet the future food demands, the
farmers have to implement the new techniques, which will not affect the soil
texture but will increase the overall crop production. The aim of this project
is to design and develop a low cost operated seed-sowing machine. The seed
sewing machine is a key component of agricultural field. The various
technique used in Malaysia for seed sowing and fertilizer placement are
manual, ox and tractor operator. The manual and ox operator technique are
time consuming and productivity is low. Tractor is running on fossil fuel,
which emits carbon dioxide and other pollution every second. This evident
has led to wide spread air, water and noise pollution and most importantly
has led to a realistic energy crisis in the near future, in order to make the
development of our farmer as well as nation sustainable and cause less harm
to our environment. Now the approach of this project is to develop the seed-
sowing machine, which is to minimize the working cost and the time for
digging as well as operate on clean energy. This machine is use mechanical
energy, which in turn is used Petrol 4 stroke Engine with 6.5 Hp power.
Moreover, to further reduction of labour dependency, pulley is use to move
the wheels with the helps of engines.

plowing. The purpose of this project is to speed up the work and ease the
task of the farmers. In an effort to increase agricultural yields and strategies
to overcome the threat of labor shortages in urban agriculture Mukah is the
application of agricultural mechanization, one of which is the soil loosening
machine. To help farmers in orchards or plantations face the problem of
labor shortage. The conclusion of the study that we can evaluate is that the
use of technology is faster than the old way, but the use of technology is also
sure to cause problems. Therefore, our team will create a soil loosening
machine that can help the people of Mukah.

Protect environment and river from the pollution are the responsibility
of every single individual. Drains system in the housing area are always
contaminated by the rubbish threw by someone who are irresponsible. Rubbish
could easily clog the drainage system and cause the poor water flow and release
unpleasant smell from the contaminated water. Hence, housing residence need a
smart drain rubbish collecting machine with IoT technology to solve the problem
because currently the work of drain cleaning is very laborious and less efficient.
This machine is designed and fabricated to fulfilled four main design
requirements, which is the first design requirement is that the frame of this
machine is simple and easy to construct, light weight but strong enough. The
second design requirement of this machine is it can do the work of collecting
rubbish by a belting mechanism and motor which powered by battery without
laborious human power. The third design requirement is the machine is fully
monitored by smart IoT technology to detect the level of water, the presence of
rubbish, to control the motor automatically, control the time of motor in long
distance with wifi technology and detect the level of rubbish at the collector bin
in real time. The fourth design requirement is that this machine can be powered
by solar panel which is adopting green technology and be less pollution to the
environment.

A medical device is any device intended for use in the medical field. When
using a device for medical purposes, there is a significant risk of harm, so medical
devices must be proven safe and effective with reasonable assurance before regulating
governments allow the device to be marketed in their country. As a general rule, as the
device's associated risk increases, so does the amount of testing required to establish
safety and efficacy. Furthermore, as the associated risk rises, so must the potential
benefit to the patient. Our project entitled “Patient Lift Chair” is design to be moveable
by using mechatronic systems. This project is focused on the problem to help patient
move from one point to another point without any helps from other person. The
normal wheelchair is good to be use but it also makes it difficult for patient who have
limitation to walk because the patient has to wait for help from someone to get on the
wheelchair. In order to solve this problem, we had designed this project “Patient Lift
Chair” which could ease the patient at the hospital and solve the problem of normal
wheelchair. There are two operations in our project which are linear actuator (to
control the vertical movement of seat), electric tyre (to move around by remote
control) and powered by a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery pack. A lift chair reduces
the risk of injury for you and the caregiver. Having a lift chair can also increase a
patient’s mental wellbeing (as the person feels independent) and increase their
mobility. Correct posture is also encouraged through the multiple seat positions that
are offered. In conclusion our project could help a patient who have limitation to walk
move from one point to another point in a short time.

Santan atau coconut milk adalah cairan putih kental yang diperoleh dari

memeras parutan kelapa Santan murni yang mengandungi sekitar 54% air, 35%

lemak, karbohidrat 6%, protein 4% dan zat padat lainnya). Santan juga kaya akan

vitamin C, B-6, thiamin, niasin, folat, dan sejumlah mineral lainnya (kalsium, seng,

magnesium, besi, fosfor). Metode pemerasan santan sangat mempengaruhi kualitas

dan volume yang dihasilkan, kerana sebenarnya santan adalah emulsi lemak dalam air.

Pemerasan manual dengan tangan umumnya hanya menghasilkan cairan dengan

kandungan santan sekitar 50%, menggunakan juicer akan menghasilkan kandungan

santan 61%, dan dengan mesin peras bertekanan (kempa hidrolik) mampu

menghasilkan sebanyak 70.3% atau bahkan 100% santan pada mesin skala industri.

Oleh yang demikian demi meningkatkan kapasiti santan yang diperoleh ,projek kami

ialah “Coconut Milk Press Machine” yang dicipta untuk memudahkan peniaga kecil

serta untuk kegunaan di rumah mendapati santan original dengan lebih mudah. Projek

ini menggunakan tenaga manusia untuk ia berfungsi. Projek ini tertumpu pada

masalah dalam memperolehi santan dalam kuantiti yang banyak seperti yang kita

ketahui proses pemerasan kelapa parut mengambil masa yang lama jika menggunakan

secara manual iaitu dengan tangan serta menggunakan tenaga yang banyak. Tenaga

manusia merupakan faktor dalam memperolehinya kerana semakin banyak daya yang

digunakan oleh seseorang, semakin banyak jumlah santan yang diperolehi bagi

menyelesaikan masalah ini. Kami telah merekakan sebuah mesin penekan kelapa

parut yang akan menjadikan peniagaan kecil dapat memperolehi santan dalam

kuantiti yang banyak, menjimatkan masa serta tidak memerlukan tenaga yang banyak.

Akhir sekali, mesin ini juga menggunakan tenaga kinetik.

This paper aims to present the design and fabrication of a motorized floor
sweeper which is used for workshop floor cleaning. The related search shows at
present we have very few motorized machines which manufactured in foreign (which
makes it costly), the truth of the matter is that these machines are structured keeping
as a primary concern that foreign workshop floor condition. However, here in
Malaysia, the conditions are altogether different. Most of the floor cleaning process is
done using a hand-held broom. Sweeping using a hand-held broom and parker is a
traditional method that is laborious and painstaking with its associated spinal and
waist disorders. Ergonomic is a veritable tool that comes into play when it is required
to design the manufacturing process for a given component such that the reliability of
that engineering systems has become an important issue during the design process
because of the increasing dependence of our daily lives and schedules on the
satisfactory functioning on these systems. The ergonomics of the design must be a
subject of concern to the designer considering its user-friendliness. Our current
project work targets to use of motorized floor cleaner for large floors in the workshop.
The cleaning purpose is specifically carried out by continuous relative motion
between a sweeper and the floor surface. A sweeper mechanism is mounted on the
body. The basic advantage of this product is that it will save huge cost of labour in
future.

This project entitled "rotating rocket grill" is fabricate and design
to cook food faster and effieciently. This project focusing on the problem of
cooking "Lemang and Pansuh" that is time consuming and difficult to cook
without supervision. Cooking "lemang and pansuh" tradisionally are really
stressful as it takes a lot of time to cook and also it needs to be turned from
time to time. A problem that needs to concerned is the fully cooked of the
lemang and pansuh as it could be raw or even burned up. The purpose of this
project is to reduce the time wasting of the consumer as the grill will hold
the lemang and pansuh in place. This project has holder which will rotates
slowly so that lemang and pansuh can be cook evenly. The main frame of this
project is made from a steel drum. It has gear system which consists of spur
and worm gear that is going to rotates the holder.

A prototype is an early sample, model, or release of a product built
to test a concept or process. Prototyping is an ongoing process in which
design teams turn abstract concepts into concrete forms, ranging from paper
to digital. Our project entitled A Prototype of Solar Charge Thermometer
Scanner and Sanitizer. This project is focusing on the problems of the
unnecessary electricity usage in Mukah Polytechnic. The thermometer at
JKM Foyer uses a single use battery or rechargeable battery using USB DC 5V
to charge which is requiring a direct current from power socket. In addition,
the current sanitizer in Mukah Polytechnic must be pressed manually to be
used. The design of the current thermometer scanner and also sanitizer were
not ergonomics and unstable. In order to solve this problem, we have
designed a solar powered thermometer scanner to reduce the cost of
unnecessary electricity usage and also a sanitizer that uses infrared sensor
to avoid any contact on the sanitizer. We also designed it to be ergonomics
and more stable to help the user to use the product easily. In conclusion, the
prototype will help to reduce electricity usage and also to reduce the risk of
getting infection by Covid-19.

Recycling bins that have been introduced in the 3R campaign (Reduce,
Reuse, and Recycle) are not optimally used by Malaysians. Nowadays, with the
increasing amount of waste generated and limited waste disposal space for waste
disposal, recycling is one of the important approaches to manage waste
effectively. Consumers who throw rubbish into bins that have limited space can
be inconvenient and thus be a factor that prevents it from being recycled. In this
report, we propose to create a Sensor Recycling Bin with ultrasonic sensors,
indicator lights and buzzers which can alert users and cleaners to know if the bin
is full or not. We also made the recycle bin divided into 3 parts, which are mainly
for papers, plastic and cans. Other than that, we made a main frame which is used
to transport the bin anywhere we want. Throughout the process, the ultrasonic
sensor is responsible for detecting whether the garbage is full or not in the bin.
The indicator lights and buzzers are responsible for alerting users and cleaners.
When the indicator light is on, the buzzer will produce sound which means the
rubbish bin is full and when the indicator light is off, the buzzer will not produce
sound which means the rubbish bin still have some space for user to throw
rubbish in it. The main goal of this project is to create a simple, low cost and user-
friendly project for each department in Polytechnic Mukah. The second purpose
is to find out in detail about how ultrasonic sensors, indicator lights and buzzers
works on Sensor Recycling Bin.

The project is entitled "Floor Cleaner Machine" which was created to clean a
large area and specifically for workshops in the mechanical engineering department of
Mukah Polytechnic. This project focuses on hygiene problems in the Mukah
Polytechnic workshop which has difficulty in cleaning the workshop area more
thoroughly and safely. Areas in the workshop such as machine workshops, welding
and manufacturing are very dangerous if you do not comply with safety rules in the
workshop. This is because there are many places that are physically or internally
dangerous for students. This is because of the iron tartar or dust produced when doing
a job such as welding or using a lathe. The purpose of this project is to upgrade the
cleanliness in the workshops of Mukah Polytechnic. After students have used a
machine such as welding machine and lathe, students are instructed to complete the
task 15 - 20 minutes earlier to do the cleaning process in order to maintain cleanliness
in the workshop and also to avoid unwanted accidents when other students use the
machine. . Floor cleaner machine is the best solution to do the cleaning process in the
Mukah Polytechnic workshop. This is because this machine can increase the workshop
cleanliness percentage by 30%. in addition, it can save time and also energy of
students, with its large size can do the cleaning process faster and safer. Remote
control is also used for floor cleaner machine, the distance limit that can be controlled
is 10 - 15 meters. Use and maintenance are simple and easy to do. The purpose of this
project is to produce a cleaner and safer workshop area for students at Mukah
Polytechnic so that it can avoid unwanted accidents or affect the health of students
with dusty areas.

This project is an invention where it uses materials that are easily
available and easy to make by being able to meet the demand of the
community, especially to beekeepers. Previously, there were tools often used
by beekeepers to inhale honey like a syringe. Therefore, the project that will
be created is to improve the work process of inhaling stingless bee honey.
Before this project was created there was a problem that had arisen among
them was a tool to suck honey which is a syringe .This tool works manually
and is less effective because it gets little honey yield, emits a lot of energy,
adversely affects the body and neck. In this project there is an objective that
is stored among them to create Honey Vacuum using battery energy to
replace the use manually. In addition to creating an environmentally friendly
Honey Vacuum and analyzing the capabilities of Honey Vacuum among the
community especially on beekeepers. During the given period, we have
purchased some materials to make the project and do some work such as
framing the casing using aluminum and making the connection of the wire
from the battery to the switch and attaching the battery to the pump . The
proposed improvement of our project is to emphasize in terms of design,
function and use of cheaper and effective materials.

‘Manhole Cover Lifter’ adalah alat di mana proses atau prosedur
dilakukan oleh manusia. ‘Manhole Cover Lifter’ ialah penggunaan
mengangkat penutup utama lubang longkang dengan mengunakan tenaga
yang minimum serta menjimatkan lebih lagi masa. campur tangan manusia..
Projek kami yang bertajuk ‘manhole cover lifter’ difabrikasi untuk
menjadikan proses mengangkat penutup lubang utama longkang secara
manual dan selamat. Projek ini memfokuskan kepada masalah dalam proses
mengangkat penutup utama longkang. Proses mengangkat penutup utama
longkang dalam penggunaan tenaga dan masa yang banyak untuk
mengangkat dan juga berisiko apabila mengangkat penutup utana longkang
yang agak berat semasa melakukan kerja menggunakan kaedah yang lama.
Untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini, kami telah memfabrikasi satu alat
pengangkat yang akan menjadikan pengguna atau kontraktor memudahkan
lagi membuat kerja serta mengurangkan tenaga dan masa,pengguna juga
boleh melakukan pengangkatan yang banyak daripada sebelumnya.
