Description
In a modern organization that highlights division of labor, the function of manpower
enrollment is delegated to the registry room. It is the function of the registry room rather
that keep daily records of ours archive management. In the registry room, we also kept
interview, select, recruit, train, develop and issue resignation papers, terminate, as the
case may be to affected staff and remunerate employees. The registry helps to formulate
manpower policies and take a detailed study of financial incentive programmers. The
registry is responsible for the co-ordination of programmed appraisal supervision of
discipline and promotion of formal administrative communication through the use of
newsletters organizations notice boards and circulars. So that the design quite modest
and large to secure all the records. The archive act 2003 standard have been applied to
setup the shelves and the lights’ position in this room to avoid insect repellent and
destructive of the files, boxes and data inside it. Below revealed the table listed of
equipment setup in this room.

Description

Prayer room were provided to assist Muslim staff to perform their prayer during office
hours. These facilities were offered to both men and women separately but during
“tazkirah” there a slithered wooden door that may make women and man together
perceive the talk. In this section wudu’ corner also provided to ensure women can takes
easily.

Description
Toilet staff were the most required facilities for the staff especially for OKU staff or
visitor the reason why these toilets were constructed nearest to the leisure area and
prayer room. It was design separated to women and men usage which are left for women
and right for men. It supervises to have 3 toilet room that consist 2 normal toilet and a
special toilet for handicap inside each toilet. Therefore, in the OKU toilet we include
bathroom to assist their emergencies need. Sky blue colour of wall and tile floor rock
brick patern. the table below listed the facilities provided inside these toilets.

Description

Training room concept was dedicated for reminding the archival goal whereas preserve
and conserve the records because it will use as researcher room and practicing room
for new staffs. Within merge identity historical and technological advancements exist

practice it while working in this sector.

Records Room was design for 2 staffs that are professional in classified and records
management so that the room was stated for key in and retrieving data that have been
kept in the registry. Because of these purposes structured in front of register room
between meeting room 2 and store. 306 feet square just nice and fit for receiving and

Description
Store room develop to keep is not a daily usage item or document so that it is an
unassuming room that can load with empty file stock, paper bale, Printer Ink, cleaning

Description
Pantry was planned as accommodate to the staff to have breakfast before work, lunch
on working hours and small port luck for small celebration. This modern design applied
to make tea lady easier to prepare hi-tea for director guest and staff during meeting was
held. Therefore, pantry was setup opposite to Director room and team management
room and nearest to the meeting room. The table below shown the conveniences that
were provided in staff pantry.

Description
Lounge known as holding room that was used as a dining room for staff eating together
especially during small celebration or guest visited for superior event. Staff area provide
this room to reduce cost to rent other place when there were some occasions. Lounge
also located nearest to the pantry and besides meeting room 2 and easy access by the
staff because it was structure at the middle staff area section. This room can suitable
for 24 people in one time, so the green dining table set were chosen to apply majestic
concept in this room. Below is a table shown the equipment in lounge room.

office. This is important office structure to the human resources manager to report all the labor
activities and the progress of the workers for promotion to the director. The design of this room
