Trading Invite and Booking Form
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are delighted to be able to invite you to trade at this year’s Falmouth International Sea Shanty
Festival, taking place on Events Square, Falmouth on Saturday 13th to Sunday 14th June 2015. Shanty
bands and singers from all over the UK and continent converge on Falmouth bringing a huge
diversity of shanties performed on stages throughout the town. In addition to bands performing
each day and evening, the opening and closing ceremonies are also held on Events Square
Layout
The layout will be the same as in previous years. There will be a large marquee hosting an arts,
crafts and local produce market, a bar, an area for caterers within the marquee as well as some
space outside and a large outdoor stage.
Entertainment
Live entertainment will continue throughout the day on both the Saturday and Sunday.
Trading times
Saturday 13th June : 10am - 5pm (arts, crafts & produce traders in marquee)
10am - 11pm (caterers)
Sunday 14th June : 10am - 5pm (arts, crafts & produce traders in marquee)
10am - 6pm (caterers)

In order to secure your booking please send the following to Nicky Adair, either via email or by post
(email and postal address stated at the bottom of the booking form).
Completed booking form.
50% deposit payment via cheque or bacs.
Up to date risk assessment.
Copy of your insurance. Please note that if you have already sent a current copy for any
other Falmouth Festivals then we will not require it as we will already have it on file.

Payment method:
All deposits need to be in by the 15th May 2015 to secure your booking, either:
By bacs - Please email me your booking form and pay your 50% deposit into the account below
starting your reference with: FR, followed by your reference name.
Eg: FR bobspastys
or FR Mr B Smith.
*As you can imagine it is very difficult to track a bacs payment if it is referenced with a name that
does not obviously associate you with your business, so please remember to inform me what the
reference used is, whether it is your name or your business name, just let me know.

By cheque - a 50% deposit must be sent in with your booking form and this will be banked. Please
make cheques payable to: Falmouth Festivals Ltd
The remaining 50% balance will be required by no later than the 29th May, once you receive your
final invoice.
This balance must be cleared before the event. We will then be in a position to issue you with our
joining instructions, detailing onsite details and arrival information.
Please note that in order to maintain a fair balance of participation we have the right to refuse
applications. On the rare occasion that this occurs, you will be contacted and your deposit will be
