While temperatures rise, customer’s needs change so it’s important to stay agile, responding with the appropriate seasonal offering at the right time. In this year’s guide to summer eating, you’ll find a whole host of information to help you maximise your summer sales. From stocking the right range to merchandising with excellence, this booklet will help you get your summer prep just right. Order additional stock of impulse soft drinks to avoid out of stocks during bursts of warm weather. This stock is low risk and can be sold through at the end of the summer period if not required.
