What you’ll need Method £1 ONL
350g pasta of your choice 1. Cook the pasta according to the pack directions.
1 tsp oil 2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a large pan and EACH £1.2

3 tomatoes, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed another 5 minutes.
1 tbsp tomato puree 4. Add the garlic and tomato purée and cook for 1 minute.
½ chicken stock cube, dissolved
in 1/2 cup of hot water Add the stock cube mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
300ml crème fraîche 5. Stir in the crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper.
30g cheese
Add the pasta to your sauce and stir together.
6. Sprinkle with cheese.

Serve and enjoy!
