Hello,

Enclosed you will find a Digital copy of the OVF Awards Selection Committee booklet that contains
an agenda, a Non-Disclosure agreement, a list of the selection committee members, a copy of the
original application and competition guidelines/standards, and the last two sections of the booklet
contain the applications received for VOY and MPNV.

Please make sure to sign the Non-disclosure agreement and scan and email it back to me.

Take some time to review the applicants before the meeting and make a note if there are any
applicants that would seem to be a conflict of interest if you were to interview them. For example, if
they are a student of yours, a close friend, etc.

Take notes about anything you may recall from the applicants who have applied in the past or notes
about anything else that would be relevant to the entire committee. Once it has been determined
which member will interview which nominees you will receive additional information about that
nominee if it was provided.

There will be 2 meetings and each one's agenda is described in the booklet.

The meeting dates are February 10th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm via Zoom.
The second will be held on March 11th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm via Zoom.

If you have any questions, please feel welcome to contact me.
