Observe the pressure gauge, Stop the calibration when the
pressure value reach 150mmHg, input the value in system

5. The 2nd pressure point 900 mmHg

pressure value reach 500 mmHg, input the value in system

Installation——Performance Test

Empty position confirmation

 Use a syringe that passes the accuracy test, draw enough pure water inside the syringe, and push the piston to the
recommended position in the below table.

 Set the rate according to the table requirements, but there is no need to set the VTBI.
 Start the operation and make sure that the syringe pump emits the emptying alarm time, the syringe piston has run to the

bottom, and there is no visible gap between the piston and the base and the remaining pure water.
 When it is found that there are obvious gaps and pure water, it means that the syringe has not been calibrated correctly.

Please re-calibrate the syringe and test the emptying position again

After the calibration and common setting are complete, we can export the brand file to USB from
the pump

1. Insert the USB to USB port
2. Menu-User Maintenance-Import and Export
3. Edit the brand library file name
4. Export
5. Brand file(BrandFile.bin) will be saved in the USB

Collect the drug information from the end-user, manual input the information to the drug management tool
⚫ Send the collection form to the end-user
⚫ End-user fill out the drug information and sing it
⚫ Engineer manual input the drug information to the drug management tool and create a drug library file
⚫ Upgrade the drug library on the pump

 Select the configuration file
 Confirm
 Restart the device and check the brand/ drug/ infusion parameter

Installation——Cleaning & Disinfection

Cleaning

To clean the equipment, follow this procedure:

 Dampen a soft lint-free cloth with water or ethanol (70%).
 Wring excess liquid from the cloth.
 Wipe the display screen of the equipment.
 Wipe the external surface of the equipment with the damp cloth, avoiding the connectors and metal parts.
 Dry the surface with a clean cloth. Allow the equipment air dry in a ventilated and cool place

Disinfection

The procedure is same with cleaning, but the disinfectants is different. For the disinfectants, please refer
to the Operator manual
