Impilo Yabantu Water and Sanitation (External Client, Local)
There is a great need to provide Water and Sanitation services throughout the
Eastern Cape. The toilets in many schools are poorly maintained and require
repairs and cleaning. In order to facilitate efficiency in the processing of each
school by franchisees, Royal HaskoningDHV (RHDHV) has designed a full IT
solution. This solution has been based upon various discussions with Aserve
personnel as well as subsequent review by Aserve personnel.
The overall solution includes the following components:
Mobile Data Capture services including
• School Information Assessment
• Ablution Structure Assessment
• General Water Infrastructure Assessment
• Sanitary Pad Assessment
• Initial (‘Before’) Photos
• Summary of Work Completed and ‘After Photos’
• Final Job Card Assessment
Storage of data in several servers in order to ensure data safety
Display of Data within a customized website for easy/efficient viewing
Ability to edit captured data (with raw data maintained in case a roll back is
required) and mark assessments as Verified etc.
Generating of Automated Reports (either on an Ad Hoc basis or automated
emails/sms’) including (but not limited to): Job Card, School ‘Work Completed;
Report, Summary of Work Completed over the designated area progress,
surveys, contracts, negotiations etc.)
MobiClaw Emergency Response Co-ordination (External
Client, Local)
MobiClaw co-ordinate a Tactical Rapid Response to any
emergency you may have. A simple touch of a button on their
user-friendly MOBI-CLAW 911 App triggers an alert that
delivers personal protection, fast. When a distress signal is
sent, they know who you are, where you are and their
professional operators will dispatch the right first responders to
you. We provide the backend system infrastructure to support
their time critical tactical response.

Bridge and Lock Budget Risk Portal (T&P, International)
The purpose of this project was to provide an overview of how the Smart
Information Management System (SIMS) can be configured for the development
of the Bridge and Lock Risk Assessment Budgeting Tool. This entailed the
development of an application for an Excel based Risk Assessment Budgeting tool
for the assessment of Locks and Bridges. There are various levels of assessment
ranging from light to heavy, as well as different categories such as Cyber Security,
Physical Security, Functional Safety and Occupational Health and Safety. We
understand the requirements to be the development of an easily accessible and
user-friendly web based version of the tool to be used for both internal and
external clients. A light version of the tool will be accessible by clients and this
will limit their access to some of the functionality within the application. Below
are some examples of what the Risk Assessment Budgeting tool for the
assessment of Locks and Bridges could look like once development has been
completed.
