humanistic and this article is all about

that.

Leonardo da Vinci’s
Influence on Art

Although many have seen his artwork, especially the Mona Lisa,
he stated that “Art is never finished, only abandoned.”. An endlessly
curious person himself, he encourages us by quoting that “Study
without desire spoils the memory, and it retains nothing that it takes
in.” And, “Details make perfection, and perfection is not a detail.” He
has a well rounded knowledge on almost every subject he has
encountered. His notebooks were filled with the proportions and
drawings of creatures he had studied. His art inspires many other
great artists, such as Michelangelo. His artistic style is seen as the
most revolutionary form of the artistic world in one glimpse today.
Many are interested in his style and tries to exactly copy it. Well use
of each subject he has studied created his artistic style that are
almost perfect portraits.

One of his other famous artworks is The Last Supper, that
represented Jesus and his disciples performing their last supper, told
by the Gospel of John. It was commissioned by his patron Ludovico
Sforza, Duke of Milan as part of renovations to the church. Another
one is the Virgin of the Rocks, which are actually 2 different paintings
but are based on the same subject. Both paintings represent
Mary(Madonna), Jesus Christ(child), John the Baptist(infant), and an
angel. Another one of his famous artworks is the Lady with an
Ermine, one of the other four artworks that are portraits of women. It
was another commission from his patron Ludovico Sforza, Duke of
Milan, probably as a gift for his mistress Cecilia Gallerani. This
portrait represents Cecilia Gallerani, the mistress of Ludovico Sforza.

Interview on
Michelangelo`s
Influence on art

Today we have thee Michelangelo coming from his hometown near
Florence to explain his accomplishments. He says that he created his
marvelous Sistine Chapel ceiling art (1508-1512). This creation has
attracted many visitors as a work of art. This was where most of his
fame comes from. It was painted at the commission of Pope Julius II.
They also explains that when he was 13 he became an apprentice
painter. At 15 he studied for a sculptor who worked for the Medici
family. Michelangelo also claims that he has been in the medici family
for a while. When he was on here side the found lots of wonderful
people. Michelangelo also made the crucifix, battle of centaurs and
madonna of the stairs. These art works were made in 1492 and
coming with his angel in 1495. Then going to the famous pieta in
1499. He made this to represent virgin mary cradling the dead body of
jesus. On 1510 he made the creation of eve on the ceiling of the
sistine chapel. He was really noticed by what he has done in the past
that he is a very successful person. He worked with many people in
his life. One day pope julius the 2 called michelangelo and other
artists. That day they had plans to create the saint peter's cathedral.
The diagram was a huge template of the landscape. They had chairs
in he sides. A huge front dome and a large stage. This was the most
amazing thing michelangelo has seen. This was as the thing that
michelangelo admired and enjoyed. Although he has to leave he is
one of the most greatest men.

Queen Isabella l of
Castile (April
22,1451-November
26,1504)

After a struggle to claim her to the throne, she reorganized the
governmental system, brought the crime rate to the lowest it had
been in years, and unburdened the kingdom of the enormous debt
her brother left behind. Her reforms and those she made with her
husband had an influence that extended well beyond the borders of
their united kingdoms. Isabella and Ferdinand are known for
completing the Reconquista, ordering conversion or exile of their
Muslim and Jewish subjects in the Spanish Inquisition, and for
supporting and financing Christopher Columbus’ 1492 voyage that led
to the opening of the New World and to the establishment of Servant
of God by the Catholic Church in 1974.

Isabella was born in Madrigal de las Altas Torres, Ávila, to John II of
Castile and Isabella of Portugal on 22 April 1451. At the time of her
birth, she was second in line to throne after her older half-brother
Henry. Henry was 26 at that time and married but childless. Her
younger brother Alfonso was born two years later on 17 November
1453, lowering her position to third in line. When her father died in
1454, her half-brother ascended to the throne as Henry IV. Isabella
and Alfonso were left in Henry’s care. She, her mother and Alfonso,
then moved to Arevalo.
