We realize the investment you’re about to make in your property is very important to you, so here
are the two things we know you’ll want to look at first.

#1: Our Pledge to You

A lot of companies will promise you pretty much anything. We could too. Or we could let our work
speak for us.

Now, it’s obviously impossible to prove anything on paper, but instead of spending a long time telling you
what to think about us, here’s what sets us apart:

»» We tell you what you don’t need to spend your money on, because that’s being honest.
»» We train our employees to do every part of their job right. Even the small jobs.
»» We do good work. Period.
»» We work hard—really hard.
»» We will keep our shirts on while we work. It’s for the best.
»» We clean up at the end of every day.
»» We will visit you annually to see how everything is holding up.
»» We guarantee our work for the lifetime of our business.
We want to be real and we want to be honest. It isn’t about simply running another business; it’s about
defining what a business should be. It’s about integrity.

#2: The Cost of Your Project
To do everything we talked about with you the cost would be: $18,858.31
All the other details of what this price includes, like the materials we’ll use, the work we’ll do, and all that
other good stuff is on the actual estimate page. Check it out.

Faith Assembly Board,

Thank you for contacting us about re-freshing and updating the landscaping for the church property. There is obviously quite a
bit of work to be done to not only add curb appeal, but also make lawn mowing and other regular property maintenance simpler and less time
consuming.

I divided the quote into 6 main areas that need attention so if budget does not allow this project can be done in phases.

1. The flower beds along the slopes of Ridge Road and Wisconsin St. are too overgrown and over-crowded to serve the same purpose they may
have been intended for originally. Removing all of this and returning it to lawn will greatly reduce the time it would take to weed and maintain
these flower beds.

2. The church sign is obviously a strong focal point for the property and should be updated to include seasonal and year long color as well as a
fresh edge and shape to the bed. The flower bed bordering the drive through also needs younger, lower maintenance shrubs and perennials
both for maintenance sake as well as for opening up that area for visibility. The bed can be reduced in size and simplified while adding some
immediate curb appeal to that area for people coming and going from the church.

3. The 3 large trees along Ridge Rd. should have the lower branches trimmed up to approximately 10 feet from the ground for mowing around
and for the health of the plants below it. I would recommend keeping the flower beds below the trees due to the shade under them not allowing
grass to grow, but update the bed lines and refresh the mulch.

4. The north side of the building only has grass at the moment creating the need to mow and trim up against the window wells, potentially creating
a liability for broken windows and window well covers. Installing a slim planting bed running the length of the north side will eliminate this and add
some needed color to that side of the property. The south side of the building has flower beds that can be simplified and reduced in areas. I
would still recommend a flower bed on that side for the reasons mentioned above and also to hide the septic lid. The bed could extend around the
corner of the office and extend up to the retaining wall by the annex to allow for some shrubs or trees to block the view of the A/C units and dead
space between the buildings.

5. The dead space between the buildings can be left with same concept of a river rock mulch it simply needs new weed barrier and fresh rock.
The slope on the inside of the fence along Wisconsin St. is mainly bare sandy soil from all the foot traffic from the school kids. One idea I quoted
may be to install a low maintenance planting bed with edgers along the pavement. I would recommend an extremely low maintenance decorative
grass or possibly a ground cover. I'm not sure if that would keep the kids from playing in that area, but would be easier to maintain and grow as
opposed to trying to grow grass. It would also be less messy than the pea gravel.

6. The retaining wall still probably has a few years of life left in it before it will become a safety concern. When you decide to replace it, I would
recommend a segmental retaining wall instead of poured concrete. The aesthetics and structural design will provide a longer lasting, better
looking end product.

We can work on an actually plant design and layout if these are options you would like to pursue. Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks,
