Place Business Incorporated in 1981, C K Enterprises, Inc. is
Card Here housed within an 80,000 sq. foot facility, located in
the Midwest. Proudly brings over 36 years of service
to the specialty chemical business, our expertise
in manufacturing and supplying specialized,
industry specific chemical products for Car Care,
Manufacturing, Transportation and Food Processing
Sanitation industries.
Our Powder Department produces approximately
100,000 lbs. weekly. By utilizing our modern ribbon
blenders, we are able to package container sizes
ranging from one pound jars to oversized super
sacks.
Our Liquid Department provides multiple blending
options, and is capable of producing over 20,000
gallons daily. We utilize state of the art computer
controlled blending tanks on specialized scales, and
utilize two high shear, high speed blenders.
(One stainless steel jacketed tank capable of
sustaining temperatures up to 160 degrees.)
Our Packaging Department consists of three, high
speed, fully automated, computer controlled filling
lines. Each line has the capability to automatically
cap, heat seal, lot number code and label bottles,
tape and lot number the case boxes. These lines are
capable of filling containers in sizes ranging from
4 ounces to 2.5 gallon pails. Weigh filling is always
applied to larger scale jobs from 5 gallons to 330
gallon totes. Additionally, our facility has the ability to
directly fill into tanker trucks.
Each department, in conjunction with our chemists,
go through multiple quality control checks on
every batch we blend. From testing raw materials
upon arrival, to weighing all ingredients during
manufacturing, you can count on C K Enterprises to
produce the best, consistent quality products on the
market.
