philosophies and theories of early childhood education, psychology, and child development as
well as the latest learning trends. The government strongly encourages the establishment of
kindergartens by the private sector. However, it must be registered under the Private Education

private kindergartens under certain brands and there are also those that operate individually.

centers established in Malaysia. Among them are KEMAS kindergartens, national unity
kindergartens (Tabika Perpaduan Negara), nurseries, namely Islamic children's kindergartens
(TASKI), Ministry of Education Preschools (ANNEX/KPM), national gems (PERMATA
NEGARA) and private kindergartens. Kindergartens must be registered with the national
education department (JPN) under the private education unit. Therefore, all matters related to
private kindergartens should refer to the NRD. On the other hand, the unity kindergarten is
under the supervision of the national unity department. This preschool education center is
provided for children of various races and ethnicities aged five to 6 years. Since its inception
in 1976, the unity kindergarten has received encouraging response. solidarity kindergartens are
established in housing estates, flat housing areas, village areas and suburbs. the establishment

posting our details and updates.
- WhatsApp. Brian Acton, the former Yahoo engineer and Jan Koum are the founders of
WhatsApp in 2009 which is the most successful instant messaging app now available in the
world. WhatsApp is a free app for iPhones, Android smartphones, Macs and Windows PCs. It
allows you to send messages, pictures, videos and even voice recordings, and to make voice
and video calls over the internet for free, rather than paying to do the same using your mobile
network. WhatsApp Business makes interacting with customers easy by providing tools to
automate, sort and quickly respond to messages. It's also intended to feel and work just like
WhatsApp Messenger. You can use it to do everything that you're used to doing, from
messaging to sending photos. To promote our Tadika Mesra we will be forwarding pictures,
updates and to those who are interested can reach us by just sending us WhatsApp.

and easily replicated. Using email can greatly benefit businesses as it provides efficient and
effective ways to transmit all kinds of electronic data. We will also be sending emails regarding
our Tadika Mesra updates, what’s new and details to people to expand and promote our
kindergarten.

- Banners. Banners are typically used to draw attention to a business or an event. They
are instantly noticeable because of their size or their color, which draws the eye. In a busy area,
a banner can be used to separate a business from the rest of the crowd. Large banners are
typically used as tools for an announcement. Since Tadika Mesra is a new kindergarten to be
opened to promote, expand and develop we will also use banners as an announcement for
people where details about our kindergarten is included in the banner. Our banner size will be
4x20 which costs rm64.00 for one. We will be using 2 banners which costs rm128.00 overall.
- Bunting. Bunting is also a way to promote business. We will be using bunting to

to promote our kindergarten.
10. Pricing strategy
The pricing strategy that we implement in our kindergarten is about the range of products or
services offered it aims to ensure that the price has been set in the market. The selection of
pricing strategy is also important to overcome the excess output of a product or goods to be
purchased, in addition, it can also overcome the excess supply of the product. The products
available in our kindergartens are kindergarten and kinesthetic services, academic materials,
sports equipment, religious classes and food. Based on the list of products, our kindergarten
has set the cost for each product as follows
Product Price per month
Kindergarten service RM 75
Academic Materials RM 75
Sports Equipment RM 50
Religious class RM 35
Food RM 150
Total RM 385
This strategy is implemented with the aim of maintaining a good market in the society. In
addition, the price of an item is based on the price that has been set in the market so our
kindergarten sets the price according to the price in the market. Therefore, the kindergarten has
determined that parents have to pay a monthly cost of RM385.00 for a period of one month that
has been set in the kindergarten.
