MCC is organising NEET Counselling 2023 for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government colleges and 100% in deemed/central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, and AFMS. Based on the NEET 2023 Merit list provided by NTA, MCC conducts counselling for qualified candidates in NEET 2023 for 15% of AIQ seats. Candidates who have already completed their registration in round 1 do not need to register again for subsequent rounds.

Then, on the registration page, provide your Roll Number, Candidate name, Mother Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Security Pin. 2. Step -Fill in and lock your choices for colleges and courses. 3. Step - Round 1 seat allotment results will be announced. 4. Step - If you receive an allotment, report to the allotted Medical/Dental College with the option to exit the process. 5. Step - The net vacant seats for Round 2 will be published. 6. Step - For candidates who have already registered in Round 1, there is no need to register again for Round 2. However, fresh choice filling for NEET counselling Round 2 is required. 7. Step - The Round 2 seat allocation process will begin. Candidates who receive an allotment in Round 2 can exit with forfeiture of their security amount. 8. Step - If you receive an allotment in Round 2, report to the medical/dental college or institution to prepare for the upcoming academic year. What is The Exit With Forfeiture? There are two types of exits available to candidates in NEET ug 2023 counselling: ● Free exit (only applicable for round 1): If a candidate is assigned a seat in round 1 but decides not to join or report to the college, they will not be penalised and will be eligible for further rounds without losing their security deposit. ● Exit with forfeiture: If a candidate is offered a seat in round 2 but does not intend to take it, they can still exit but will lose their security deposit within the given period.
However, candidates who accept the allotted seat in the second round will not be allowed to resign or surrender their seats and will be ineligible to participate in state counselling.
